-MS分析，包括一些Mab, 主要是peptide mapping和PTM等.另外一个是大规模蛋白纯化
和简单的formulation,比如stability以及一些assay development,当然也会涉及一些
简单的HPLC, MS的分析啦，不过涉及的蛋白不是Mab,纯化和formulation要求也没有那
么严格,我想两个都做，又担心自己的精力不够，而且博士后也不是长久工作，时间也
没有那么多让我学，一年以后可能还是要找下家，想尽量集中学好一个，以后好找工作
，大家觉得哪一个比较好？谢谢。 |

工作的难度很大，连薄厚都难找了。不过欧美的制药业现在这么不景气，砍掉的研发人
员越来越多，关掉很多的研发中心。formulation scientist以后的前景也不会太乐观
，在这种大的趋势下。 |

发帖数: 30 | 11 我是蛋白生化背景，这几个位置都是蛋白纯化或分析相关的。请帮忙看一下利弊。
A，大药厂，在New Jersey。工作内容是蛋白药物（当然主要是抗体）的pre-
formulation，to support phase 2 development. 其实主要就是提高蛋白稳定性。能
用到一些分析方面的技术。接触到的药物分子会比较多。不过抗体药物的话，搞来搞去
都差不多，它们的formulation不会有太大的变化。但是这个位置是我学习
pharmaceutical science的好机会。对于传统生化背景的我来说，很有吸引力。
B，大药厂，在纽约州小城市。这是个downstream职位，做的是蛋白药物的manufacture
。主要提供药物纯化方面的技术支持和监督。基本都是已经approve了的药物，所以差
不多就跟少数几个分子打交道。但是documentation会占据很大一部分工作内容，因为
涉及到药物的生产过程。工作性质而言，也是很锻炼人的，只不过和A那个职位相比锻
炼的是制药过程的不同阶段。
C，CRO性质的公司，在DC附近，专职给NCI打工。整套包下了NCI的一个很大的癌症

看了一下这个版上的ID都是工作了的师兄师姐。最近对自己的职业规划有些迷茫，想向
大家求点建议！
我现在在美国的州立学校读制药的PhD第二年了。学校制药方面排名还不错，但是我现
在的课题说说实话有些迷茫，老板倾向于做计算模拟方面的。类似于PBPK这种，但是实
验室就我一个PhD是这方向的，本科生物的，对这方面的数理基础不扎实。感觉做起来
特别痛苦。课题进度也很慢，老板也明确表示过不满了。
不过老板还是属于比较nice 的人。因为我编程基础差让我上了好几门cs的课。我问了
到时候上够学分可以顺便拿个ＣＳ的master。
我现在特别纠结的是对未来的规划非常不明确。一方面觉得自己做得东西大部分药厂可
能并用不到，自己也不是研究 formulation 之类的，课题进度慢让我很焦虑，有的时
候会想以后毕业可能就是当SDE,现在做得可能根本用不到了。

。 这个 magic mouth wash 的 formulation 里的maalox 我觉得就是magnesium and
aluminum hydroxide. 至于小宝宝能不能用。反正如果我儿子感冒鼻塞我肯定不用这个
。如果是生口疮，喉咙发言痛的难受我不反对用来试试。
我是医院里的pediatric pharmacist.虽然工作时间不太长，也不敢说经验丰富。不过
我还是丛来都没见过这个formulation给小宝宝用的。antihistamine 也不常给小宝宝
用，当然治疗过敏症状的情况除外。 |

我的看法基本上可以概括如下:
1) 由于partnership已经搞定, 短期内没有噱头了.
2) Biotech最近总体走的不好.
3) VNDA今后的看点在于销售量, 可能要一年, 至少两,三个季度才能看出点端倪, 由于
Novartis自己也有药在市场上, 它对于Fanapt的销售倒底会持什么样的态度, 我猜不出
来. 有兴趣的同志自己可以去查一下Novartis的药的专利到期时间 (2016年).
4) Fanapt的注射版出来之前可以考虑一搞.

这是小女子考证的朱学勤先生的第三个章节，《道德理想国的覆灭》第八
章第一节（共8页，276页至283页）。结果与上两次考证（分别为第八章第五节——共5
页，298-302页；第七章第五节——共8页，266-273页）完全相同，这三节都来自Blum
一书。本节除了两段，所有内容出现在Blum一书。小女子本乃幽默之人（看本人的第一
篇就知道了），可是，面对这样严峻得不能再严峻的事实，已经幽默不起来鸟。
仅以小女子的这三篇考证，朱学勤抄袭一事，到此可以铁板钉钉了。这还不
包括Isaiah和邢玉思两位大哥的指控。网上有朱粉这样辩解：“像这类外国历史的出处
