几个所谓hub， 都是对R找工作来说优势非常大
而做form的， 到哪里都能混日子， 尤其是generic这种根本不要R的 |

但他们有的选，现在职位也不多，这就是现实。
大胆尝试把,传统formulation的知识都是多少年的东西了，没有实际工作经验再看书也

页就只能做做HPLC，看看STABILITY，做做ParaSol Screening,写写报告什么的。但是
我的头，页就是唯一的一个
FORMULATOR人特别好，对我十分照顾，在这个方面我页没啥好说的。现在的问题是我生
完孩子以后去哪里。回到有
机组，我的生活会比较简单，我可以基本独立的工作；留在FORMULATION组，生活将会
十分忙碌，因为组里需要的
是FORMULATOR，我会有很多很多需要学习。问题是我觉得现在这个机会十分难得，可以
从有机转出来。从有机转出
来的根本目的不是我不喜欢有机，而是我挣不到钱。有机硕士10年以后我觉得在我们中
部可能也就是7万到头了。可是
FORMULATOR，据说挺HOT，能挣不少钱。另外一个有机有毒，FORMULATION没什么毒性。

曾经我submit一篇paper，在某个problem formulation下找到了一个low complexity
optimal algorithm。结果有个老头审稿，说你的formulation只是我的formulation的
特例，你必须按照我的方法给出最general的formulation。在那种formulation下，你
的algorithm就不一定work。所以paper应该被拒掉。我抗议说为什么我不能解一个
problem subset，非要把problem generalize到无法解的程度。结果老头大怒，Editor
也坚决说文章要拒掉。
后来类似的文章投会议，又落到了该老头手中。老头说：听我良言相劝，不按照我的方
法formulate问题，这辈子在这方面就别出来丢人现眼了。。。 |

看了一篇的文章
有解释为啥Shell Rotella T、Mobil Delvac这些heavy duty diesel oil的Used oil
analysis结果都很突出的原因，普通engine oil是S certification，例如SJ、SM。商
用truck engine oil是C certification， 目前是CI、CJ。C的additive package比S的
牛x很多，但有可能会不兼容乘用车上的catalytic converter。
我的G35目前就在用Shell Rotella T，摩托车下次换油也准备用这个。mobil的
synthetic motorcycle oil 1 quart 12刀，受不了。
