发帖数: 1 | 2 看了一下这个版上的ID都是工作了的师兄师姐。最近对自己的职业规划有些迷茫，想向
大家求点建议！
我现在在美国的州立学校读制药的PhD第二年了。学校制药方面排名还不错，但是我现
在的课题说说实话有些迷茫，老板倾向于做计算模拟方面的。类似于PBPK这种，但是实
验室就我一个PhD是这方向的，本科生物的，对这方面的数理基础不扎实。感觉做起来
特别痛苦。课题进度也很慢，老板也明确表示过不满了。
不过老板还是属于比较nice 的人。因为我编程基础差让我上了好几门cs的课。我问了
到时候上够学分可以顺便拿个ＣＳ的master。
我现在特别纠结的是对未来的规划非常不明确。一方面觉得自己做得东西大部分药厂可
能并用不到，自己也不是研究 formulation 之类的，课题进度慢让我很焦虑，有的时
候会想以后毕业可能就是当SDE,现在做得可能根本用不到了。
另外一方面，家里是非常希望我读下这个phd来的。家里没有人读到PhD，对这个特别看
重。而且觉得自己年纪不小了马上27岁了。感觉折腾不起了。
不知道这里有没有在药厂做formulation，能谈一下这个方向的职业发展么？当然现在

cream的sample回来擦.我看着症状就像是湿疹,脸上一颗一颗的红疹, 脸颊下巴和额头
眉毛都有.
看到版上有人讨论过cetaphil cream, 大家用的是下面这款吗? 儿医给的几乎和这个一
样, 就是小字部分是"formulated for atopic skin"而不是"formulated for eczema".
是一样的吗.

个才是最最重要的。
你目前的工作对老板来说应该是很重要的，因为你一个人做3个药物的formulation工作
，这个工作量就很大。从你说的来看，你以前好像没有做过这方面的工作，对吧，导师
没有特别喜欢你，这个很奇怪，他应该很喜欢才对，不喜欢可能是你出的东西不够。
做formulation工作在药厂很容易找到工作，当然以后你应该朝向技术管理职位发展，
这个在中国的制药公司肯定有前途。你老婆那么能干，如果英文不错到了美国应该也有
前途，如果英文不好就不要来了，但是可以过来呆上1年，体会不同的生活。 |

老板想招个新人。找来个老印，开始老板电话里跟他聊了聊，激动得不行，说，你要
赶快跟他聊聊，人很nice。简历转过来，一看，就气不打一处出。上面写着"Ph.D.
expected in 2010",好家伙，看来一年多简历没更新了，虽然我们公司不大，可这种态
度看着我就已经决定要他滚蛋。再一看，那个Ph.D.的学校没听说过啊，一查，原来是
