较高。
Rating Trend 里面可以看到没有FBA （merchant-fulfilled）的分数，merchant-
fulfilled我的分数是0.9左右。
你常在版上说别人纵容evil，你自己从来没碰到难缠的buyer？ 难缠的buyer碰到一次
，如果死扛，az+neg+chargeback会扣掉5分/order。下面这个参数你有几个？碰到难缠
的buyer你会怎么处理？

fulfillment oncall强度应该不如前端web或者某些critical的服务。
因为fulfillment service一般不再purchase funnel的critical path上，
goods延迟几个小时甚至一天fulfill，问题不是太大。这是一般电商的经验。
不过amazon的要求会比其他电商高一些，毕竟他承诺得更多。 |

Unfortunately I've looked into this situation a bit for you. On Jet we do
sell all sorts of products that are manufactured outside of the U.S. I
apologize, I'm not sure where the previous representative saw that the item
would be made in the U.S. Right now the only option we would really have is
to return the item for a full refund. I'm so sorry about the inconvenience
