我留了言。还说什么合同说可以带人近来。
我查了合同书，上面说要有我的允许才可以。
我很气愤，想问一下这种情况下我应该怎样做，不想就这样了事。

function）是 sub-function 而不是 super-function。
简单的例子，当有 multiple conflicting and changing responsibility
的时候，是 “superintendent” function 控制 accept/denial/priority/urgency

货还没有到，我觉得“国内-洛杉矶-FBA”用货代的价格，和“国内-FL-FBA”的价格应
该差不多，后一种方案要自己多忙一点，慢一点。前一种方案就货代完全负责了。
你说的找“找中国人经营的fulfillment”意思是这个能代替FBA的一部分功能吗？比如
仓储，出货？所有的货都存在这个公司，他们负责根据我在amaon上的单子发货，这样
的代理应该有很多中国人在做。他们应该能拿到UPS/FEDEX的折扣价。
因为amazon的fulfillment center都在各地，FL和CA到中部西部东部的价格应该相差也
不大吧。

前两天公司进行年终评定。往年都是小老板做的，今年不一样，是要自己做一个self
assessment。3个选项：more than expect, fulfill the expect, less than expect.
因为这个跟加工资有关。我给自己填了一个more than expect，而且我选的这一项都
是前几天小老板都填more than expect的。
结果今天跟大老板谈的时候，大老板对我的评价都是fulfill the expect, 对那个more
than expect不认同。说我高估自己了。而且不愿意今年给我加工资。然后还提出一个
理由是今年我拿的工资已经很多了。（这里有个情况是公司今年搬了地方，为了留住人
，公司给留下的人14个月工资，给搬家的人另外搬家费。但是这个跟加不加工资按照正
规说法是没有联系的，虽然我觉得这个才是主要的原因）。
后来跟大老板吵了起来，最后大老板留下一句话说：两个选择，1. 不加工资，2. 走人

Deny, 最后才Approve. 140批后，我也一直地版上转让审稿和给需要的人发审稿，希
望能帮助需要的人，因为深切的体会到每一个绿卡申请都很不容易。我目前担任
Elsevier一个关于生物大分子杂志副主编，如果大家需要相关的审稿，可以私信我。只
要研究背景相关，我尽量帮助大家。
今天发贴，其实主要目的是向大家求助来了。跟我的140一样，485也非常不顺利，2014
年9月份提交，之后无数次的找议员，SR,和infopass，但一直都是模板回复。终于在两
周前的SR收到回复说“under review and actively processed by an officer”。心
想，终于快了。果然，不到一周，4月8号收到了纸质的RFE。主要是三项内容：一个是
体检，一个人EVL，还有就是党员。前两个都在意料之中。但是关于党员，虽然有也所
准备，但是没有想到RFE的内容非常具体。我在申请的时候根据版上的模板已经提交了
statement，但是IO变聪明了，明确指出这是模板，不算数。具... 阅读全帖 |

发帖数: 19 | 50 这个礼拜收到通知，主申请人的批了，不到两个月，但是副申请人的被rfe了，因为曾
经是党员，和以前其他人收到的rfe内容一样 （见下）。 副申请人出国10年了，没有
交党费，交485的时候写的一个statement，说明了情况，但是没有用。 难点是RFE里要
求出具的证据 （见第二项）的确不知道怎么办，在网上也没有查出谁收到这个信怎么
办的更新。请各位大神给点意见和bless，希望能度过这个难关。谢谢！
