and also this is not the season unless you are in MN. Bugs possible, but it
can be simply lack of water.
No need to re-seed -- grass grows back very fast, even if less than 1/5 of

and January the pest termite report did the fungus section 1 item.
That report saying the crawlspace had water before (seems 5 inches
high--check silt line on pilar).
The current inspection thought foundation/termite/fungus is ok now.
But TO prepare next rain season , need to do crawl space cleanup
insulation ($5000) And add a "french drain".
Not sure how much for the French Drain cost.
Any ideas?

fungus is probably THE most common problem for outdoor/indoor plants. the
fungus spores float in the air and can grow anywhere when the moisture
becomes high. this is kind of the same thing as the mold in the basement.

trugreen的。他们说我们家fungus，thatch等等。我们用了fungicide，用了 weed
control，还是好草死光，野草一堆。今年撒的能除两百多种野草的weed and feed撒了
野草长得更旺了。去年是不在家，草根都烂了。查了root rot说这种disease的宿主也
不是我们家的centipede啊。真是烦死人了。象这种大面积fungus死光的草地是不是要
对土地做点什么才能再铺草啊？ |

西粘在树叶上，然后fungus就有了生长的条件。
最主要的原因还是scale，这个树已经很高了，我在想能不能从中间锯断，下面的树干

现在在家能做的：赶紧清洗干净，保持干燥。或者涂点儿凡士林就好。

在破皮的时候，上了2星期的抗生素。
同时，破皮的地方，先涂ANTI-FUNGUS的药膏（找儿医开，不需要皮肤科医生），
涂完ANTI-FUNGUS再涂2.5%氢化可地松，大概2天就可以看到效果。4天几乎就是嫩皮肤。
当然会反复，反复之后也是用几天药顶住。
要找到原因，我们后来1岁左右测出对很多东西过敏。因为母乳，妈妈吃的东西
会进入宝宝身体。所以做妈妈的要严格注意饮食。 |

出的沟渠。还有好多像白雾丝状的一片片长了fungus草。：(
这种fungus倒不是很大问题，伤的主要是草叶子。晒晒太阳，新草长出来就没事了。那
些vole今年得想想办法。看能不能把室内的老鼠夹改装一下夹它一下。那种夹子对付室
内的老鼠太牛了，要是能一样有效地对付室外的vole,mole,gopher就好了。 |

in the 1st week, 3 waters/day, e.g. 4AM/10AM/4PM
in the 2nd week, 2 waters/day, e.g. 4AM/2PM
leave it dry 1-2 day after the 1st two weeks, to avoid fungus issue. The new
sods should be well rooted in two weeks.
in the 3rd week, 1 water/day E.G 4AM
in the 4th week, 1 water / 2days
After the 1st month, water it only when the soil is really dry, to encourage
deep rooting. |
