我家宝宝现在6个多星期了，喂养以母乳为主，一天1-2 次formula作为补充。宝宝刚出
生胃口就很好，我的奶量一直跟不上她的胃口。直到最近这几天，宝宝的胃口似乎变小
了（或者没有增长？），我的量才勉强够。
宝宝出生后第二天，还在医院里，护士就给上了瓶子（2oz的液体奶），宝宝吃得很好
，回到家也没有问题。之后因为gassing的问题，调整了两次formula的种类，现在用的
是Similac Sensitive (gassing and fussiness). 奶瓶也是用的减轻gassing problem
的Dr Brown，偶尔会用Medela奶泵配送的瓶子和奶嘴. 月子里,宝宝在胸喂和瓶喂之间
switch的一点问题也没有.
宝宝从大约4个星期开始，就开始拒绝瓶喂。表现是白天可以吃瓶子，到了晚上入睡前

残了一次。
这场Ram输在扔的太多跑的太少，防守gass out。我空第三节2个drive杀了14分钟我就
觉得有戏。上半场的时间比就是20：10，三节完了34：11，什么防守也扛不住几乎在场
上呆全场。
蛋昆去年SB的感悟：小香这种进攻体系的缺点就是太快。去年SB 28-3就是防守gass了
。所以今年我空换了一个全联盟最慢的进攻，保证防守体力，被骂无数，大家都觉得进
攻怎么烂了这么多。其实烂了是烂了，并没有烂这么多，而最重要的是慢了这么多。
今天这场比赛就是他的心得体现，以慢打快。上半场我空除了捡了两个钱包，进攻基本
什么也没打出来，但是耗了时间。下半场防守体力不支了，效果就出来了。当然今天下
半场OC没有脑残（除了红区一如既往便秘），叫的不错。一个8分钟半的drive再接一个
5分钟半的drive（中间小羊drive 6个play才用了1分钟），第四节小羊防守就出了大漏
洞。OL崩成那个样子还能打出26分，不容易。

用了Extractor Spring Upgrade的AR,extraction应该很可靠的，DD upper应该已经用
了的。

FTE如果是抽出部分可能是新upper的chamber和BCG太紧或漏气，不如5.56给力的.223只
能将BCG向后推到可以勉强送入下一发但不一定能够正常抛壳。上好油，多打些子弹抛
光一下chamber和upper里面的零件应该会有好转的，如果不再有这样的问题就不用担心
了。DD的枪是5.56 NATO chamber，gas port不会像一些.223开的更大些而over
gassing。over gassing会有其它各类可靠性上的问题。
不怕声音太响，去有电动靶子的室内靶场校枪会方便些，25码/50码靶子可以随时拿回
来看。有望远镜或观靶镜还是不如靶子在自己眼前看的舒服。距离更长那肯定只能室外
加观靶镜了。 |

（要知道，干净的空气中也必须要有一定含量的各种微粒的，这些微粒对降水的形成非

BO was in Argentina, and that's as close as you could get to that
war as a foreign reporter, and he never claimed he and his cameraman
were caught in the war zone. He made it clear it was during a protest
that turned into riot that he got fired at and gassed by the guards,
