6月1日消息，在香港上市的投资公司瑞东集团公布了5月8日配售方案的细节，细节显示，对瑞东实施56%股权收购的主体是马云和虞锋控制的基金，而赵薇夫妇也是该基金的合伙人。
瑞东集团北京时间5月8日晚间发布了一份配售方案，称与五家投资者签订了股份认购协议，外媒曾报道称马云旗下基金买入瑞东集团近13.43亿股股份，总共斥资26.86亿港币。
北京时间5月29日，瑞东集团公布了上述募资方案的详细内容，称将以每股2港币向5名投资者发行1,942,520,000股，融资3,885,040,000港币。
2港币的发行价格较瑞东集团停牌前的收盘价9港币低了77.8%。
5名投资者的身份为Jade Passion、Harbour Yields、Violet Passion、Gentle Bright、Chosen Global。
其中，Jade Passion在此次瑞东集团发行中认购1,342,976,000股，约占摊薄后总股本的56%，涉及资金2,685,952,000港币。
根据瑞东集团披露的资料，Jade Passion是一家由马云、虞锋、赵薇夫妇间接控制的公司。

显然这个词是猪头🐷的意思。
Hogshead还是一个液体，特别是酒的单位，一个Hogshead相当于大约一桶半葡萄酒或者
两桶啤酒，如果换算成升的话……和其他传统英国单位一样复杂……就不提了。

皮具质量也就一般，皮子不够紧
鞋子很好，尤其是那个GENTLE SOULS 的鞋，舒服又耐穿
衣服真无所谓产地，关键在于价格，就好像意大利的，上千的有，15一件的我也买到过
，质量真是天上地下 |

算很不走运，因为他身上还带了点钱，得以贿赂押解他的民团队员（所以说啦，现如今
那些行贿的家伙要是懂点历史的话，就应该跟检察院的人理直气壮地说：你们老祖宗就
干过这个勾当，有本事抓他去呀······）。甚至称得上走运的是，这个民团队员
买卖挺公平，收了钱把毛泽东给放了，我们有充分的理由相信，这个民团队员要能知道
自己放掉的是一个将来主导中国历史舞台的人，肯定一开始就选择不抓，或者收钱之后
把老毛给一刀剁了。
不过正所谓运气没有了，家伙再大也没用，毛泽东舍命狂奔之后发现了两个问
题：一是他没穿鞋子——那时候的人穷得离谱，连破鞋也要，所以老毛的鞋子被民团扒
走了，何况老毛的鞋子也不破~路上石子多得不怎么像话，他的脚伤得很厉害。阿喀琉
斯之踵尚且是神话英雄的致命之处，何况老毛一个凡人。二是从第一点看，他的运气可
能用完了。于是老毛不但痛并流着血，而且气喘吁吁，大汗淋漓，终于跑不动了，他只
好蹲了下来。
