现了灰狗长得不像狗的言论，今早仔细回想了一下Misty来我家这两个月，突然觉得伊
虽然偶尔让我很内伤，总的来说还是个不错的听话孩子！俺没选错，知足了～
刚才搂着Misty躺在地板上晒太阳，跟她说：谁说我们长得丑了，长鼻子长腿大眼睛多
漂亮，以后麻麻不po或者少po你的SB照，省得人家说你丑。然后Misty嫌我挡她的太阳
了，站起来换了个地方= = LD说，你以后再跟狗说话，我就带你去医院治一治
来数数Misty的好，顺便promote一下养greyhound的好处：
1. Potty train简单：Misty来了就是housebreak的，breeder也没有教，直接跟大狗们
学会的。灰狗一般都可以hold很久，而且是从很小就可以
2. 安静，从来不叫，不扰民
3. 运动量小。Misty是小puppy，稍微活泼一点，一般40分钟free run+半小时walk足够
，有时候我犯懒或者天气不好，我就不带她出去，跟她玩玩绳子，她就自己在家睡一天

,还带着gentle leader，leash挂胸前那种。
先用choke collar反复警告他，一超过我们就一轻轻拽，然后用gentle leader，之前
怕他咬，所以很少用这个，效果还不错，反复各种拽，呼喊，今晚走得还算不错。

身边或者后面，至少鼻子和你的身体平行，有了gentle leader之后很好做到这一点，
所以记得那么做就很有效防止狗狗pull，如果他看到别的狗狗叫，首先你在他快要叫你
看他眼睛直勾勾盯者别的狗狗的一霎那，用右脚后跟向后踢一下他的右后退根部，他会
吓一跳的。然后你让他坐定看着你，然后给他吃的，如果他做到。然后继续走他还要看
着别人，你就把gl轻轻往侧面一拉，速度要快，他立马就会从别的方向看到前面去了
嘻嘻 。。

自己的这种压迫想法的方法。如此循环。最后就好像两个自己在辩论。
你可以事是在开始有这种想法的时候，开始想象一件比较简单的事情，比如你在听讲座
，想上厕所（但又不是真的要去）的时候，就仔细地听他的报告，找一些你觉得有必要
的东西，比如英语发音阿什么的，或者在心里默默重复他说的话。主要是找一个分散自
己注意力的东西。不要将注意力放在和自己两个想法辩论上面。
另外，你想要gentle一点，那就试着从不要和自己辩论开始。不要强行的驳斥自己的观
点，换成讨论。讨论就是说不一定要有个什么结果。也不要把结果看得那么重要。那对
别人也就自然gentle了。 |

前天看你推荐的帖子试了几十分钟密集禅修吧，（我以前一直在做很简单的坐禅， 但
是没有试过象
这样的密集禅修； 我也在净土宗的寺庙里念阿弥陀佛，也不是这样的密集禅修），忽
然觉得对一切
看的很开，想到宝宝也只是无常的一部分，就挺害怕的。怕自己在这样试下去，说不定
那天就觉得
出了家更好。（其实正和那个帖子说的修行者的心里有时的可能的想法是类似的）
你和楼上其他的各位说的很对，meditation不应该和我对宝宝的爱有矛盾，我会慢慢体
会。
另外，我觉得一行禅师的有几点meditation tips听着不错
(1) 他建议meditation的时候面带微笑。我平时总觉得自己一坐禅就像个机器人，但是
他的建议
让我觉得自己不那么象了。
(2) 他建议吸气的时候想象自己是朵花。每个人，都不同的，很有价值的，快乐的花。
他的说法，和我听Pema Chodron的教诲，"during meditation, be gentle but
precise", 有点想通。我想“be gentle”就和坐 |

Aiden出生前还担心豆豆会不喜欢弟弟，吃弟弟的醋。所以很早就开始给豆豆“洗脑”
了—“妈妈肚子里是你的亲弟弟，是和豆豆最亲的人了噢”, “弟弟最喜欢姐姐了，弟
弟长大以后会保护姐姐的，坏人就不敢来了噢”，“弟弟以后会陪姐姐玩噢，姐姐就不

cells if using superfect or Fugene6. Sometimes I used Ca2+ Phosphatase
method and had to wash the cells with PBS, I washed the cells very gently

一看好多细胞被洗掉了,但是奇怪的是正中间的不掉,贴壁一圈不掉,而是周边的细胞都
没了, western染色之后看起来像个'回'字. 具体样子在附件里. 我确定的一点是之后
的treatment 和western步骤并没有显著的让细胞减少, 所以貌似问题在用plain

首先简单介绍一下ARUP，这个是个国际工程咨询公司，第一次听这个名的时候是从Dino
chen此本
年级大牛所提及（此人本小姐是对他佩服得五体投地的），他说他想进，then，于我，
感觉就像遥不
可攀。为了更方便非本专业的你们了解Arup，我就简单列举一下他的杰作，悉尼歌剧院
（最经典的那
个），香港汇丰，鸟巢，CCTV办公楼，还有广州的西塔。够代表性么？
开始慢慢觉得距离没那么远的时候，是自我06年进入华工后，同门师兄师姐每一届都有
一个进去工作
了，深圳分部（话说人家全球有50多个分部）。据闻London和HK的分部最值得进去吧。
自从上次被
某单位打击后，我觉得找工作应该更积极一点，于是就"海投"了一下比较厉害的单位。
Swire和MTR
是早前9月份就投的单位了，Swire自从上次专业笔试后就没消息了，估计没戏了，没办
法，谁叫自
己以为人家三道选一道做呢。至于MTR，上周四做完SQH测试，至今也聊无音讯，以MTR
的工作效率，

- Volume: be careful not to fluid overload these pts; hypoalbuminemic
already, 3rd spacing. If unstable, hypotensive, consider IV albumin rather
than NS. Can do salt-poor 12.5gm BID for a few days (not much data supports
use past albumin levels of 3.0); useful in renal failure to reperfuse
kidneys. Esp if concern for hepatorenal syndrome, can start albumin. If
bolus fluids, do so gently.
