我曾经试过多种办法提没有降解（用Bio-Rad or Agilent Bioanalyzer测integrity or
quality (RNA Integrity Number (RIN) by Agilent or RNA Quality Index (RQI)
by Bio-Rad)，不是仅仅用Nanodrop测RNA integrity or quality）的total RNA，然后
做microarray．
1.液氮研磨：RNA quality好，可以做microarray，但是麻烦和太慢（原因你应该知道
）。
２. Glass tissue homogenizer: it didn't work for me to grind tissue in
Trizol in ice bucket with ice, although my tissue was thin and tiny.
Bioanalyzer showed RNA degradation.It's also low through-put.

提起理工科的女发考题，很多人首先想到的就是这一点。有人认为女老师在各方面都被
照顾了，也有人觉得完全没这回事儿。先说找工作吧，我觉得这因学校而异。资源不缺
，不太为生计和发展担心的高大上地方，这种照顾和机会可能更多一些。正在苦苦挣扎
的学校，为了生源，资金，已经焦头烂额互相扔砖头的，基本不会有精力去照顾谁。其
次还要考虑的一点是，目前理工科所有的专业，在找教职时都是供大于求，竞争激烈。
无论好学校烂学校，面试别人的经常会不如被面试者优秀，而且还有大把候选人可以挑
。学校即使是抱着照顾女生的想法去实施的，最后招到的人也overqualified了。
这是在生存和立足方面。再往上走，是种什么样的情况呢？如果你成了牛人，成了腕儿
，别人可能会说：“还是女的呢，太不简单了！”成了之后，也许上报纸和陪教务长吃
饭的机会比理工男老师多，但是前提是，你得凭自己的实力成牛成腕儿才行。在上升的

最严重的时候用过一阵hydrocortisone ，到现在7月，还是时好时坏，不过已经很久没
用过Hydrocortisone
我家cream用过很多种，Aveeno, Aqua, Cetaphil,California baby,Gentle Naturals,
最早的时候发现cetaphil比较管用，但是到后来cetaphil对脸部没什么用了，加州宝贝
好像是轻微的湿疹比较管用，但是一旦皮肤变红的面积有点大，加州宝贝也不灵了，而
且加州宝贝比较薄，持久力不太够。所以我家现在主要以Gentle naturals为主，因为
gentle naturals非常油，每天睡觉前，我帮宝宝摸厚厚的一层，第二天早上起来脸部
就基本不红了。白天的时候，我基本上看见宝宝脸部有点干，有点红，就立刻摸一层。
另外，前段时间听网上妹妹说用淘米水洗脸有用，我家最近也开始用淘米水了，感觉效
果还不错。 |

我家猫也得过giradia，医生开过几种药，其中一种就是Metronidazole，对我家猫也比
较有效。但是giradia不容易根治，后来又发过俩次病，所以我就去网站上买了
Metronidazole和gentle digest喂给猫吃，都很快好了。
我记得应该是在这个网站上买的。

药不贵，不要prescription, 据说很多其他的药也可以在上面买（我只买过
Metronidazole），运费贵。一共几十块钱可以买几十粒。我们家猫小，每天只吃《
40mg，四分之一粒。一次坚持吃一星期。
