责美国、声讨资本主义制度之际，我对美国的热爱和对美国的信心，尤其是对资本主义
制度，不仅没有动摇，而且更加坚定。
所以我把那集长青论坛的文字整理出来，并补上了当时视频节目中没有做进去的内容，
形成这篇文章，做为我写给美国的一封情书，表达我对美国汪洋之情中的一个点滴。
美国——美丽的国家。我可以想像那位第一个把America翻译成“美国”的华人该是多
麽地热爱这个国家。他如果按照音译，应该译成“阿麦瑞卡”什麽的。但他译成了美国
——美利坚合众国。美、利、坚，每一个字都是又好又棒又帅气。你不得不感叹：这个
华人真爱死美国了。在迄今为止全球的二百个国家中，没有任何一个其他国家的名字被

引起很大反响。
其实此类案件并非个案，也远未终结。近年来，入境美国后非法滞留的中国大
陆人员人数不断上升，这些非法移民背景复杂，不仅有教育程度不高的农民、工人，也
有受过高等教育的中小企业主、科研人员、教师、医生等。他们大多数人英语程度较低
，所掌握的技能无法适应美国社会需要，只得游离于主流社会之外，靠赚华人的钱维持
生计，生活艰难。为了获取在美国居留的合法身份，不少移民纷纷打起“政治庇护”的
主意。

吾人幼年读国史，从「纲鉴」、「通鉴」读到「四史」，尤其是在通鉴各章节中，
史不绝书的什么某地某年某月「大饥」、「人相食」、「民易子而食」，又是什么「大
蝗」、「大疫」等等刻板式的记载，可说是一览而过，头脑里印象毫无。想不到这种古
史上的记载，在现代中国，有时竟能及身而见之。一旦亲身体验之后，再读古书，往往
就有惊心动魄的震撼了。
抗战期间，笔者于一九三九年高中毕业之后，曾与同班同学三人结伴从╳的永绥县
，步行往干城县的所里镇，参加全国各大学统一招生考试。循传统的驿道，我们翻越崇
山峻岭南向走去。中途见路旁一木牌，上书「疫疠地区，禁止通行」。但是我们这四个
外省青年，不认得第二条路，加以年轻，又要赶路，我们就不顾一切的继续前进，并进
入一个有商铺民居数十家的小镇。时值盛夏，家家门窗都敞开着。我们竟然发现每家都
有死人，有时且不只一个。有的还在半死的状态中，痛苦的呻吟着。全镇不见行人，简

《零八宪章》是给中国人传播了一个错误的信息，却遭到了共产党对其组织者的重罚。
就《零八宪章》的问题，我在“刘晓波的谏言路走得通吗？”一文中已经有所论述，这
里仅做补充。刘晓波去跟其纲领就是独裁的共产党说“我们要求三权分立，请你修宪”
，结果被重判。这不是共产党荒唐，是谏言者荒唐。共产党在按照它的逻辑行事，而谏
言者连逻辑都没有。因为∶首先，《宪章》完全回避了“谁”来修宪这个问题。在不回
答这个大前提的情况下，后面多少正确无比的主张都不仅毫无意义，甚至是滑稽。
三权分立的第一个内容，是国会制宪、修宪。目前中国的“国会”是“全国人民代表大
会”，它完全在中共掌控下，根本就属于共产党。让那个独裁党修出一部三权分立的宪
法？谁跟谁开玩笑呢？
三权分立的第二个内容，是行政机关执法。中共政权从未执行过它自己制定的宪法（人
家的宪法里从来都有“民主、自由”等等），那即使中国的宪法修得比美国的还完美，
但谁来执行呢？
三权分立的第三个内容，是法院决断是非。中国的法院是共产党开的，中国压根不存在
独立司法，这点还有什麽疑问吗？人家开的法院，人家有过“非”的时候吗？有可能把
