问题是这个bill是谁出的？我估计是立法那帮人把会受影响的人群按数目分类，列一个
表，从最少的往下数，先把受影响少的人群的 tax benefit 给cut了。
全美国才140000 graduate students。 其中至少1/3是外国人，没有投票权。这样cut
下来，受影响的人加一起，连去白宫petition的人数都不够。所以就拿这些人开刀。

发现他们把我的材料搞错了，送到另外一个系去了。
他们答应赶快帮我送过去，
但都到这个时候了，offer都该发完了。
如果最后没有offer（当然，这也是因为我太次），
能不能起诉他们。
但现在还没有offer，心里烦烦的。 |

有同学建议过可以编一点国内工作经验，或者实习经验，因为education里面本科，硕
士时间都是
连着的，也没有空挡时间可以插，而且国内经验在这边的认可度也是个问题

Level 5 starts with master degree. Level 7 starts with PhD degree.
Level 8 is a group manager. Level 10 is a department head. Level 11,

想找软件的工作，在monster找了几天，发现都是需要至少3年经验，像这种 fresh
master graduate，应该去投大公司？还是小公司，我觉得小公司要的好像都是有经验
的，去了就能干活的，所以申请了几天，越来越没信心。
整理一下 自己的问题：
1 像我这种情况，应该怎么找工作，侧重应该放在那些公司？
2 我看到家都说要做题，我用careercup break the coding interview 准备可以么，
我觉得这上面都是基础练习，貌似对 那些需要经验的公司没有帮助，他们也不考这个。

我刚从Texas一个不错的学校MS毕业，现在用OPT开始找工作。
前一段时间找工作找得看不到希望时，发现Silicon Valley的Santa Clara University
的Graduate Engineering项目非常有弹性，2012年fall这个入学时间，居然到现在还能
申请。
于是就申请了一下，作为最后运气不好找不到工作的保底。
不晓得大家对这个学校的这个项目了解吗？
我的打算是尽快1年半毕业，在Silicon Valley找工作。
这个项目在website上说自己的亮点就是professors和Silicon Valley的大公司小
startup的有良好的关系，那么我推断应该很容易在暑假找到实习，毕业后顺利找到工
作。
前辈们是不是也是认为我应该继续用OPT找工作，实在找不到再接受这个学校的
admission呢？
我目前只是听说这个学校的business school很好，而Engineering在US News & World
Report上的排名只有130多而已。 |
