cogt，你的方法应该是一个workaround，只能应对一个静态的链接吧？我想做的是利用
用户的缺省浏览器来显示我的一个应用程序的帮助，所以帮助的主题需要可以在程序中
指定。事实上，我那个frame set中就是用javascript来分析当前的url，然后在其中的
一个frame里显示指定的帮助内容。
gravy，你的方法不错，不过我不想直接调IE。我自己都不用IE，强迫用户使用IE似乎
不太好。最主要的是，这个与我最初的设想不符。
不过，我最后还是偷了懒，直接扔了一个Web Browser控件在一个新form上，然后用它
来显示帮助。这样我最初设想的1和2都泡汤了，但是简单，而且易于控制。因为是自己
的form，我可以控制窗口的重复利用，保证只有单一的帮助页面。呵呵，聊以自慰。
网上也能够找到读注册表，然后直接运行用户缺省的浏览器。不过这样会增加复杂性以
及出错的可能，有些不值。
好在我的应用本身不复杂，也没人强迫我必须选用一种方案，我也就得过且过了。

这个病人大概50岁， 白人， 从来没病过。 3个月来疲劳不堪和体重减轻，他的pcp给
他做了几乎所有该做的， 包括CT of lung，Pulmonology认为lymphadenopathy是
nonspecific， 没有进一步检查。 PCP跟我很熟， 想问问我的意见。
他的疲劳感不代表他真的无力， 实际上他的检查真可谓正常。 我只是发现他的右手握
力有些弱。所有的检查， 包括myasthenia Gravis都是正常。
我决定做brain CT，我相信他的症状是真实的， 我的检查是正确的， 结果发现脑肿瘤
。 我当时惊呆了。
我第一反应就是叫放射科，让他们把肺部CT重新读一下， 结果还是single
lymphadenopathy。 我让他们biopsy后， 证实lung small cell CA.
他得的是Eaton-lambert syndrome， 是肺小细胞癌paraneoplastic syndrome的一部分。
所以每到他的生日， 他就给我送一张card。 我nurse刚跟我说的。

发帖数: 722 | 14 哦，我说这俩都是食管mobility disorder,功能障碍，而做胃镜要给sedative, 对这俩
病就是一种药物缓解，所以很容易漏诊。swallowing evaluation不知道做没做
Barium swallow study？不过即使Barium swallow study，诊断价值也远不如ｍａｎｏ
ｍｅｔｒｉｃ ｓｔｕｄｙ，因为后者是直接测量esophageal mobility function．
如果楼主是中老年女性，大概还要考虑Scleroderma，不过感觉楼主年轻英挺，所以就
免了吧。:-)
MG (myasthenia gravis?) 首发、单发为吞咽困难的多见么？这我可不敢班门弄斧了。
就是好奇您老这神内大拿为嘛把患者转给Acne?:-)

小结一下：病人表现双眼闭合不全，突发。
分析：病变累及肌肉或及所支配的神经。
可能性：
1，系统性病变致双侧病变：如：神经纤维瘤病NFtype 1,2.type 1可有双侧性神经胶质瘤。
2，感染性或脱髓鞘性病变：如：多发性硬化MS，神经脱髓鞘性变，Lyme disease。
3,肿瘤性病变：如：小细胞肺癌产生的paraneoplastic syndrome-Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrom.
4,自身免疫性疾病：myasthenia gravis.
老大，再给点clue吧，好让我们narrow down呀。 |

私房小菜版主爱厨mm的详尽配方。：-)
其实我也是参考网路上的烤火鸡食谱做的，修改了一点。
除了烤火鸡本身之外，还要准备stuffing、cranberry sauce、gravy等配料一起吃比较好
吃。除此之外，我建议还可以准备一些side dish，像是mashed potato、烤个派、放些蔬
菜一起烤....这样就算蛮像样的感恩节火鸡餐了。
原本打算烤后之后，连图片一起贴上来和大家分享的~~既然你问了，就先把去年我烤火鸡
的心得与做法贴出来：

烤火鸡
材料：
火鸡1只（约12磅重）
锡箔烤盘2个
棉绳或棉线
锡箔纸
烤肉刷
火鸡填料/stuffing：
面包丁7~8杯
奶油3大匙
洋葱切丁1杯
西洋芹菜切丁1杯
梅干去籽切丁半杯(dried plums)
核桃仁切丁半杯
盐2小匙
胡椒粉半小匙
蒜粉(garlic powder) 1大匙(西人超市卖spices的地方可以找到 |

然后买新鲜火鸡，不是冷冻的，这样就不用解冻了。
我一般周三下班的时候才去买，按一人2磅的重量买，至今烤过的最大的也就只有22磅
。同时买点成盒卖的现成的stuffing.
回家把火鸡泡花椒水里，水里放盐，（内脏我一般就扔掉了，有时候也用来熬gravy）
如果外面不是冰天雪地，我就放外面一晚上，否则就放地下室，因为冰箱里放不下。
然后周四中午拿出来，用纸巾里外拍干，拍得真的是很干才行。然后把stuffing按盒子
上的说明拌好，填到肚子和脖子那里，我一般是用牙签封好。
接着用那种黄油块往火鸡身上抹。要抹均匀，特别是翅膀底下之类的，否则考出来一块
一块的，很难看：（
抹好了就装塑料袋了，事先在袋子里洒点干粉，防止粘皮，同时我一般放点香料，象美
国的那种绿色的香菜，最好是中国点的芫荽，同时放大块的芹菜，胡萝卜，土豆之类的
点在下面，一方面是装点，一方面也可以同时考来吃。最后别忘了在塑料袋上划几个口
放热气，还有就是把温度计露出来。
烤箱按塑料袋盒子上的说明预热好，把装在塑料袋里的火鸡放烤盘里送进烤箱就行了。
