生日之时，对未来充满憧憬与希望，可是在周日(26日)被发现暴毙。
伯克利加大警察发言人警官Eric Tejada称，当日傍晚9时10分，警方接报指死者朋友及
同学表示联络不到死者，于是前往死者的住所查看。到达后，发现在寝室的死者，已经

我也prefer中餐, 不过不排除西餐. 尤其喜欢roast(其实比中餐很多做法健康, 除了煮
).
我家的stove总是oven最先坏.
去唐人街买那些2-3磅的老鸡, 也能整出沟帮子烧鸡的风味.
把各种牛肉的部位, 烤一烤, 配上自制的gravy, 慢慢就能体会出来了.
真讲做肉, 尤其是保持肉的原味, 中餐的做法里还真只能算个擅胜场. 中餐的各种牛肉
做法, 我也就觉得五香卤牛肉算的一绝.

我爱吃肉， 但对火鸡肉却不敢恭维。
美国的感恩节有点类似国内的中秋，是家人亲朋团聚的节日。团聚后的主要活动之一就
是吃，东方如此，西方亦然。而火鸡则是感恩节的主打菜。初来美国时参加过学校及亲
友的感恩节聚会。初尝火鸡，厚厚的大片嚼在口中又干又柴且无滋无味。即使浇上不黄
不黑，腥了吧几的调味汁(Gravy）也于事无补。后来得知这调味汁的主要成分是火鸡汤
和内脏，难怪味道平平。自此对火鸡肉有了抵触。这对“无肉不欢”的我也算是一个大
大的例外。
来美日久被文化侵略得厉害。加儿子的出生，总想让他有大多数孩子的经历而不致游离
于主流社会（Mainstream）之外。感恩节家家吃火鸡，我们家亦不能免俗。我素爱烹饪
