Donuts... I don't understand why some ppl like them that much. They are

嗯。200cal的almonds大概是25颗,包装上写28颗1oz,那是骗人的!一般的almonds都
比那个大!20颗就1oz了!

跟的老大决定接受别校挖角,过去一周非常动荡,没心思记日记. 今天决定烦也没用,该
干嘛干嘛得了.
体重:151磅,不过好在生理期刚完,现在是黄金期啊.争取这周再减一磅...
早餐:2炒鸡蛋+2片sausage
午餐:salad一盒(2个蛋白+2 cups生菜+ 西红柿一个 + 几个黑橄榄)
下午snack:自制肉丸子一个+1tbsp greek yogurt + 5个halve pecan
晚:gym完吃了4个烤鸡tender,还饿,又吃了2个肉丸子+1勺酸奶 + 5个pecan
10分钟warm up,跑20分钟,10分钟cool down. 12分钟划船机 + 各种伸展。

这样一天下来:卡路里1200上下,蛋白质90克。对我一周练两次1小时力量,3次一小时
跑步+划船机的计划来说这个饮食合适不?有啥需要注意的?谢啦。

保守数了下,1/4 cup,大约是8小片 pecan。也就是说4个山核桃。

好多啊!八小片就有 200卡。我的天啦,我吃多了。以后只能吃4小片的样子。
4小片 100卡。两个山核桃, 100卡啊。
以后还是要买一个厨房用的小称,那样才精确。大家有推荐的吗?

今天再发个健康午餐吧
鸡肉
材料
鸡腿两个
牛角椒两个
小葱两个
1.鸡腿肉剃下来和皮分开,肉切丁,放些盐 basil&garlic seasoning腌制一会
2.在不粘锅里把鸡腿皮先下入煸出油之后放入切好的辣椒和小葱
3.等辣椒有点软了就下入鸡腿肉,过一会就会有油渗出了 所以不需要加油 但是要用不
粘锅 不然会粘锅
4.快熟了下入料酒 下点醋 出锅
取100g鸡肉食用
沙拉配方是

Goal
The 1:23 goal had not much base and was more of mental. I knew I was much
better than 1:24:46, that I did last November, but apparently nowhere close
to my 1:21:06 PR. In order to PR(<2:58:35) in Boston, I felt I needed at
least 1:23 half. So 1:23 it was after it turned out to be a perfect race day
with temperature around 49 and 16mph wind.
I disregarded the wind, cause I figured most likely it would be on and off,
thus would not affect the run that much.

After Karl Rappan and his Verrou the system that came to be known as
Catenaccio was the next logical step. If his boasts are to be believed the
man that formulated the system was Gipo Viana, the manager of Salernitana in
