我从没见过老美敢在office这么露骨行事风格的，他们对sexual harrassment还是很忌讳的。如果说ask for help, 我倒觉得中国男人打着help的旗号实际心理想的又是什么的现象，反而很常见。
老美同事帮人还能做到一碗水端平，而且真喜欢一个同事的话，也不一定是最漂亮的，还真有一个老美就找了最ugly也不怎么hot的白人女同事。

偶在开始做执行副主席的时候就提出了辞去原来担任的immigration
版主职务,但是还是不能够胜任这个工作.所以我说我尽了力.
如果这是缺乏责任感的话,那我也只能认了.
2.竞选的时候,要求BT成员每两天上一次网.而这两周担任complain和
BrainTrust版主,大概要每天花至少三个小时.我负担不起了,和竞选
BT没有任何关系吧.
3.做complain的版主,别人harrassBT团你不能说话,因为你没有地方complain
别人harrass你,说你自做自受,你不能说话.这些我受不了,和BT职责没有
关系.
4.我提出辞职,一半上是时间的关系,一半上是心里承受不了.最糟糕的就是
你不能骂还.还要继续工作.你也不能ban了人家,否则麻烦更大.
5.请大家还是继续说,继续提出宝贵意见,建议.. |
