最近有几个headhunter分别为了这两家公司里的两个职位找我，职位算是升职而且离家
近些，就是不知道公司的稳定性如何。好像谣言四起说fed要搞掉他们俩？ |

发帖数: 1943 | 5 今天又去了TVP的一英里靶场，第一次参加Headhunter项目，靶子就是头的剪影像，四
组每组五个靶子，每个靶子只允许一枪，不命中没用，命中头像下方的肩条而非头像也
没分。
今天风很麻烦，数值不大，但是有各种强度和方位的变化。如果读错风向，肯定是打不
中的，最糟糕的是有直接在树林里开火的组，现场没风，只能走出去测完再算。
总共打了8/20，打完的时候spotter号称我暂排第一，结果后来强者辈出，最终排第四。
打完之后回到bench，开始用308打一英里，根据计算elevation有26.8mil，用完SSHD的
elevation之后hold了7个mil，几乎就是在用视野边缘瞄准射击，浪费了30发左右的子
弹，有几次把弹着点打出了上下左右0.5mil以内的三发跨射，但全场风向一直在变，最
终还是功亏一篑，最近的两发堪堪擦过三点和十一点方向的盘缘。如果是20而非18寸盘
，308一英里便给我打出来了
总的而言今天准备不足，个人水平没有完全发挥。
另：看到两支Schmidt的5-25，成像比日本镜子好不只一个级别，个人感觉锐度和色彩

新教国家因为采用同行评审的办法组织专业行会，带动了工程科学研究的井喷，到今天
工程科学已被三十年战争时的新教国家联盟(北欧、英国及其殖民地后代美加澳等国、
德国、荷兰）及被征服跟屁虫国家(日本韩国被美国征服)垄断。新教伦理不是新教，但
如果不是新教教义的教权平等(信徒皆祭司)，靠天主教正教的教权hierarchy、印度教
的种姓分层caste、儒教的君君臣臣官僚政治hierarchy，新教伦理永无实现之日。
理论科学相对而言更靠天才来发展，但是新教国家这样的专业行会同行评审加上商业自
由竞争的做法，大大地扩大了天才所在人群的人口基数，就是说原来被埋没的天才，现
在更有机会吃饱穿暖不至于饿死、而且被有眼光的headhunter们挖掘出来。所以理论科
学其实也得益于新教伦理 |
