Based on the latest VO information about EB1 as well as latest trackitt data
from Q1/Q2, this is the current status and predictions for EB2.
In summary we think that EB2IC will receive total 37K SOFAD of which ~31K
will go towards backlog reduction. This would mean a dates moving into Apr-
2007 for EB2IC. The best case scenario would be Aug 2007. Worst case would
be Sep 2006.

climb. Total distance 26mile, about 20 riders. Hot, upper 90s without much

coz' I knew I would not be able to do it later. We rolled around 23-24mph

DME误差比较大,还不一定处处有. 原来GPS真是个好东东阿,可以直接读GS.

跑一个周日的5miles比赛。其实我从来没有考虑过参加半马以下距离的比赛。怎奈时过
午夜，即便无酒，人的意志也难免薄弱，于是便答应了下来。果然，周五又是一个all
nighter（也是这一周的第二个all nighter）。周六早八点回到家中，在白板上用红色
记号笔狠狠写下“我再也不要熬夜了”之后，昏天黑地地睡到了晚上6点。
周日，除夕，兔年的最后一天。再度醒过来已经是8点半了，匆匆吃了慢炖锅煮了一晚
的紫米红豆粥，煎蛋，火腿，一行五人挤在S同学的小小红车里向Margam驶去，气氛不
是不喜庆祥和的。。。这个比赛是我们county cross country league中的一站，由本
地的一个大钢铁厂的sports club承办，比赛路线见图一。
到了sports club，报名（4块钱）拿号码牌，从此我最喜欢的running gilet上就多了
16个洞（一开始fix高了，还要重新订。。。）。和E同学warm up了几百米，到得起点
被告知，女生提前男生3分钟出发。周围的女生怨声载道，纷纷抱怨不想被男生

昨天以前，我主要骑30 到40mile这个距离，上50mile的次数不多，这次大概是第一次
骑这么长的距离。
这56mile， 主要是应为LD要求的，他说他要去吃ice cream, 那我说好吧，他说他要骑
着去，我说好吧，就是忘了问距离。等我们俩骑出去10mile，他跟我说“BTW, it is
about 56 miles round trip .......”我立马头皮紧绷......
就说这头29 mile吧，其实还挺顺的，基本上是20mph左右，我感觉有点tailwind, 再加
上路面状况很好，traffic 不是很糟，有一段距离骑出22mph 。一路上看到很多
cycling的人，不管是一家子的recreatiional， 还有group road ride, 反正就是看到
这么多的人在road 上，感觉很好。
到了中转的地方，吃了ice cream, 上了厕所，估计是歇的时间太长了，开始发冷。后
来才知道，停下來歇着，是个错误的决定。开始往回骑，一开始骑我就感觉的我的大腿
