是没什么危险的（除了路口右边的车道有车u turn的话他有路权），所以一时大意没
fully stop就右转了，结果被照了相，tickiet 500刀。经过几个月的折腾，终于把
ticket给dismiss了，分享一点心得。另外与车友共勉，开车要小心，红灯右转一定要
停稳了，不管右转是多么安全。尤其在加州，越是能安全右转的红灯越要小心，这些地
方往往都有照相。
1. Trail By Written。外地人的救星，飞过去出庭根本不可能，所以没有TBW估计就只
能认栽付钱了。填一些表，plea not guilty，附上材料，就可以argue自己的case了。
如果不幸输了的话还可以继续appeal或者要求上驾校，损失的只是几十块court fee而
已（如果亲自上庭也要付这个钱的），所以决定试试。
2. 这么小的case不用找律师，律师收费的以千计，不管case难易输赢，钱之好赚只能
感叹自己入错行。网上有不少号称帮你fight这样ticket的服务，其实就是帮你准备TBW

有可能是女方同意了性交全过程，整个性交过程是双方两情相悦的，可是完事之后女方
由于某种原因不高兴了，他一怒之下就甩出那样的话。 也就是说，他说出那样的话并
不能证明女方在性交过程中提出了终止性交。说得难听点，假如一男人与一个女人XOXO
了，当时她没反对，可是事后她提出要他给她弟弟买一辆法拉利，否则以后就不能XOXO
了，XOXO弄得自己挺不舒服的，在这样的情况下他当然会大怒，说些气愤的话，甚至有
过激行为。 但是，这样的话如果是由女方而非男方说出去的话男方可以DENY，甚至有
可能可以说是HEARSAY。 最好的情况就是他就没那么傻逼去卖自己，但是如果没有法律
背景的话确实很容易就说出不利自己的话的，如果他真那么傻逼，也不是就没希望了，
这就要看律师的说服力了。
另一方面，假设法庭采信了这样的证据，对女方也可能不利，因为这会折射出女方贪财
的动机，没有真爱，完全是为金钱而来，因此可能是求财不得而诬陷。对男方也有不好
