Boston weather can be unpredictable this time of the year. Forecast in the
60s or 70s for next Monday. Did a 3 mile run on the treadmill wrapped in two
layers of winter jacket, sweat pants, and a hood. It was like steaming in a
sauna. I was soaked in just 25 minutes, heartrate quite high for the speed
I was running at. Will do a couple more heat sessions. It is said that the
heartrate can adapt in just 4,5 days.

上周末骑了一次附近的山谷,天气正好,和朋友们说说笑笑,骑得很舒服。
那个山谷我在秋天时候也骑过,到处是萧瑟的荒草,这次完全是不同的景象,绿色给山
谷带来了勃勃生机。晨雾缭绕在山坡顶上,心旷神怡。
骑到山顶餐馆,有不少休息的自行车手。不经意间,一个穿着一件jersey的背影,吸引
了我的眼光,上面写着“20000ft+ elevation gain, 206.1
miles, I did it in one day!” 刹那间,崇拜如滔滔江水,斗争了几秒钟,我决定
不放弃和神人打交道的机会,过去搭讪了起来。
话题自然是从这件jersey扯开,原来这个ride叫做“devil mountain double”,就是
下个星期了,他开玩笑说,你现在train还来得及,我吓得赶紧摇头,呵呵。他和朋友
在进行最后的训练和自行车调试,虽然他也有正式的工作,但是每周都会花费大量的时
间骑车训练,这种热情,真的是只有喜欢骑车的人才能体会到。我联想起那个急诊D医
生在准备七月的death ride,他说这就是个full time job。我们又一起看了各自的自

p90x最少最少也要dvd player, 哑铃和pullup bar/resistance band,其他的mat,
heartrate monitor, block, 营养餐等不是可有可无就是能替代
这个是fit test,自己衡量是否适合用p90x

overtraining其实很常见。我最近就有点overtraining,每周三次,每次训练时间才不
到25分钟而已(不算热身和拉伸)。
一般来说我能明显感到overtraining的症状是,睡眠突然变差,训练热情变低,运动成
绩增长缓慢或下降,sex drive变低,rest heartrate升高。
看你的描述我觉得你应该减量了,但没必要难过,科学训练只会使你的运动水平越来越高。身体调整过来之后,较少时间的训
练会超过你现在过量运动的效果。

前14迈还比较轻松,平均心率低于,MAF心率10跳。下午饿了,喝了可可奶,吃了4个能
量棒,光着膀子跑,小风一吹,肚子有点着凉了,痛苦的hold住找厕所。
15,16迈有些疲劳了,提高了点心率,还能保持住速度。
17,18迈保持MAF心率150,开始掉速度了,19迈有所好转。
进入20迈,我在路边water fountain喝完水,眼见着从trail的入口,上来一个白女,

继续比赛前减量tapering轻松跑,negative split越跑越快。
最后0.5迈,进入第5迈,我正在淡定的跑9分/迈的pace,后面跟着我的mm突然加速。
最近一直在减量休息准备比赛,俺的体力不是一般的充沛呀。
我知道trail的尽头不远了,于是我直接提速到6分/迈的pace,把她甩了。

2012.08.25 轻松骑车40分钟,10迈,平均心率121
好吧我承认今天纯属打酱油凑数。
主要是为了明天比赛前确定一下车况,仔细检修了一遍公路车,把所有螺丝都紧了一遍
,安装了第二个水壶托架,链条上油,加固camera mount。
另外着重练习了,锁鞋固定在脚蹬子上,光脚直接在车上穿鞋和脱鞋的比赛技巧。

躺枪了,9月9号的半程马拉松比赛,朋友前脚扭了,无法初赛,我替跑。
今天中午去取半马比赛的东西,之后吃爆了,吃的又晚,结果晚上跑的快了些,2迈之
后肚子疼。
于是掉头小跑+走,狼狈回家。
不过头两迈跑的很high:
第一迈pace 6:54,平均心率152
第一迈pace 6:55,平均心率170

今天有雷阵雨,干着出门,淋湿了,跑干了,又淋湿了,又跑干了,又淋湿了。。。

最后0.5迈,进入第5迈,我正在淡定的跑9分/迈的pace,后面跟着我的mm突然加速。
最近一直在减量休息准备比赛,俺的体力不是一般的充沛呀。
我知道trail的尽头不远了,于是我直接提速到6分/迈的pace,把她甩了。

好吧我承认今天纯属打酱油凑数。
主要是为了明天比赛前确定一下车况,仔细检修了一遍公路车,把所有螺丝都紧了一遍
,安装了第二个水壶托架,链条上油,加固camera mount。
另外着重练习了,锁鞋固定在脚蹬子上,光脚直接在车上穿鞋和脱鞋的比赛技巧。
