克里米亚-刚果出血热(Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever)是欧、亚、非三大洲都有分
布的蜱媒自然疫源性病毒疾病。人群普遍易感,感染发病以青壮年为多,但也有2.5~3
岁婴幼儿被感染。临床表现与其他型出血热相似,惟肾脏的损伤较为轻微。患者入院
时多呈重症,病死率高达50%。本病因在克里米亚和刚果相继发现而得名。在国内首先
发现于新疆巴楚,故我国又称新疆出血热。 症状:起病急骤,恶寒战栗,体温上升至

too stupid to realize that, after depreciation, maintenance, insurance and
fuel costs are penciled into the equation, they are making about $7/hr.
Even with this unsustainable labor model, Uber is still hemorrhaging
billions of dollars. Uber ride prices will have to double, at minimum, for

as far as idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis goes, it's a very rare disorder
, and it's basically a diagnosis by exclusion, the patient would need to
have a bronchioaveolar lavage and transbronchial biopsy to prove there is no
vasculitis or that sort, bascially the patient has alveolar hemorrhage that
could eventually lead to pulmonary fibrosis, the lavage would show
hemosiderin ladden macrophages, so patient often became iron deficient later
on, the cause for mortality would be acute bleed or

Primary thrombocythemia (also known as essential thrombocytosis) is caused
by defect in megakaryocyte in bone marrow. Patients with this disease on
average has normal life expectancy. Although the platelet count is high,
the overall blood coagulation function may be low, because the platelets
produced in bone marrow can be defective. The major issue is the management
between thrombosis and hemorrhage.

You mean thrombolytics(tPA), it has to been infused as IV drips in acute
hospital setting, ER or ICU. This agent will resolve clots which cause acute
ischemic stroke, and also has the risk of serious bleeding. If it is a
hemorrhagic stroke, this meds can't be infused at all. I think big hospitals
in China should have this kind of meds, but not every hospital can do
critical triage to stroke patients. Even in USA, you have to know which
hospital close to your home has the stroke center or stroke
