发动，每天走路2-3个小时，加爬楼梯，结果伤到了膝盖和腰，产后一直膝盖疼，偏方
我试过的有，蜂蜜，菠萝，茄子，蓖麻油，椰枣等等所有我听说过的
我从39周开始让ob给我催，最后是41周ob才给催产，结果产道有撕裂hemorrhage，后来
ob跟我道歉说，应该早点给我催的，下一胎一定39周给我催。。。
所以如果想要顺产，好好跟ob沟通提前催产才是王道 |

more importantly, don't let her get stressed up.

it is usually safe in a controled environment.
danger occurs when EP was NOT diagnosed and in late terms, hemorrhaging
happened haphazardly.
and I have experienced that happening too! aweful. REAL aweful.
