发帖数: 151 | 1 非常感谢大家的关心和祝福！bbs down了一段时间所以没有来得及update。旺财很幸运
，情况不是太严重，吊针以后就稳定了不再吐也不再拉稀和血了。第二天医生开始尝试
喂食也没问题，所以第二天傍晚的时候就释放回家了。我迫不及待去把他接回来。经过
测血和xray说不是出血胃炎，而是胰腺炎（真的发作的话好像更恐怖）。这个非常奇怪
，因为看症状很像是出血胃炎。反正这次是踏踏实实给我上了一棵，对狗狗严格才是真
的爱他，以后我再也不随便给他吃东西了（比如我们懒得啃的脆骨）。旺财虽然皮实，
可是他的肠胃比我在国内的腊肠是比较敏感，以前可能觉得他拉一点肚子一天就好了，
我怀疑长期他的消化系统还是有伤害吧！总之原因也是搞不清楚，网上总说小梗类总是
更容易得这两种病。
这两天我就把鸡肉煮熟了，换好几次水去油，伴些宝宝的米粉给他吃，可爱吃了！乘机
喂药。到现在还没有拉屎，怀疑有止泻的药吧。但是精神好多了，又开始管闲事。医生
说慢慢可以恢复正常饮食。其实我们一直买的是专门给太监狗吃的，应该还算健康吧。
骨头可能不敢给他啃了，虽然我希望能够帮助清洁他的牙齿，哎。差了一下确实鸡肉

Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
诉我恐怕是非常困难了，在我rank list上第二位的program应该就是我要去的地方，果
不其然。经过几天的等待，发现果然是要搬家了。

pt's conscious level, ("awake" does not mean too much) if GCS score is
around 8, I will say most possibility should be uncal herniation induced by
secondary mass (epidural hematoma) effect. Acute subdural hemorrhage usually
has a very severe primary brain contusion and injury (more than epidural).

tear, or a 侧切？ a well prep'd abdominal wound compare to a non prep'd
perineum wound, which one is more likely to get infection?
I have done several postpartum emergency hysterectomy(紧急产后子宫切除）,
all because of un-controllable hemorrhage after SVD. None result from C/S.
a few hundred CC of blood loss from every C/S is a non issue in pregnant

abg. Know common diseases, like chf exacerbation, copd exacerbation,
respiratory failure, septic shock, dka, hypertensive Emergency, hemorrhagic

Also remember that icu residents are super busy, and often very stressful,

发帖数: 44 | 47 今天得知了step3的成绩，210+，心里的石头终于落下。终于轮到我给USMLE说再见了。
回顾从step1自己闭门造车考了只带一个9的分数， step2开始参加小组学习，做了所有
能做的题只为拿个99，虽胸有成竹且考试感觉很好，最终但又得到一个9的分数。虽然
这次成绩不高，依然很高兴，毕竟不用发愁如果没过的话住院医开始后没有时间复习该
咋办。过去的3年中得到太多人的帮助 (此处略去人名20个)，绝大多数甚至从未谋面。
今天发贴也是为了回报我们这个社区吧。
自我介绍：毕业>15年，220+/220+/1st/210+；
复习时间：6月，头4个月每天约2-3小时，周末由于陪孩子们玩（前两年欠的太多，你
懂得）及做点家务（再不做但心被老婆炒掉），反而复习不了多少；最后2个月每天4小
时，鼓励自己考了这个2年内再不用受这个罪。
复习资料：随大流，MTB 3, UW CCS, UW step3 Qbank, UW step2 Qbank;
