时间还是比较痛的，手术前医生一再强调他会在术后一到两周非常Miserable，尤其是
术后前几次上大厕更是如见天眼，但是以我家人的经验，实际并没有想象中的疼痛，手
术后10天基本上就无痛感，如厕也十分爽快。No pains, No gains. 我家人觉得手术十
分值的，应该比较适用于和他同龄的30左右的患者，希望版上的有志青年也可以找到适
合自己的疗法，尽快斩草除根，恢复正常生活。我家人让我发这个帖子的主要目的就是
让大家排除对手术的恐惧，正确对待其中利弊，尽快获得根治。 |

preparation H over the counter,
might need to see your doctor to make sure there is no internal hemorrhoid
also, so probably need a flex sig, they could band the hemorrhoids and they
would fall off, |

苦难耐呀 （幸好有老公无微不至的照顾，发个大奖状给他=D)。可是没想到的是，今天
复诊发现伤口倒是愈合得还好，不过又出现了个新的hemorrhoid，呜呜:( 好伤心啊...
我的ob说常说随着肚子越来越大，hemorrhoid可能会更严重的，加上给做手术的
general surgeon也说deliver baby的时候也可能会加重，我心里还是蛮害怕的，毕竟
还要熬4个多月呢...
我和老公商量是不是就放弃natural delivery （虽然也知道顺产的诸多好处），直接
要求c-section...
想问问版上有经验的jms可以直接向ob提出要c-section么？理由说是怕自然生产之后
hemorrhoid加重影响产后恢复可行么？或者jms有些什么别的建议...在这边先谢谢大家

A thrombosed hemorrhoid (痔疮)can cause constant dramatic pain. If this is
the case, a small office procedure can easily solve the problem.
Internal hemorrhoid does not cause pain. External one does. OTC steroid
suppository can help with the symptoms.
Also make sure there is no anal fissure, which causes severe pain and
bleeding during bowels. |
