How do you guys/gals drive the hilly road, any technique??
I am always afraid it is going to slide back to the car behind mine, when
uphill.
Thinking getting a Minivan, since we have kids, but no sure if that is a
good selection for the Hilly road.

path出去，上到course最rolling的部分。
由于周三周四穿新鞋跑的太high了，右脚踝有点痛，所以今天还是穿旧鞋跑。很明显身
体还没有从周四的medium long中恢复过来，加上hilly course，跑的很不轻松。good
news，没有上不去的坡，只有加不上去的速；上坡之后大多是下坡，不是一个又一个的
上坡；平均心率不超过85%。

QB： 老朱和Matt Ryan。不惊艳，但绝对不会出大错误。这俩人每周都是2个TD， 外加
250码左右。我觉得这样挺好...
RB: Peyton Hillis 是否会受伤，是我军最大的考虑。他如果能坚持完整个赛季，应
该是waiver wire of the yea。而且目前的Browns在McCoy的带领下，打的非常有朝气
，严重看好Hillis。
Cedric Benson没啥惊艳的，但是做为feature back, 每场20个touch, 是稳定的10分来
源。
马上凌迟，在一个烂队当feature back, QB不行，OL也不行，除非seattle 主场打烂队
，否则指望不上。
CJ Spiller, 在我队雪藏半个赛季，也是我队最大的悬念。拭目以待。
WR:
Colston: 长久的等待还是值得的。他只要有TD+100 yard, 我军就胜利一半了，因为他
的QB也在我队。
Boldin: 有up and downs, 但是weekly starter的地位不容撼动。

没能跑到预订的目标340，有些遗憾，hilly course是个因素，耐久力的训练不足也造
成中最后
6mile的不给力。需要加些media long run。
训练
跑完cim休息没到4周就开始恢复训练，中间感冒了两周，基本上训练了两个半月。
mileage 不
高，每周保证一两次tempo和一次longrun。家里搞个treadmill，longrun外大部分都在
上面
跑。long run总共跑了2次20mile， 一次18.5MP(按3:45)，两次stanford dish hilly
trail，一次san antonia hilly longrun，借whx同学到访的西风还搞了次ultra 30k。
这都是为了对付oakland marathon的上坡。感觉速度没有cim前那么快了，心跳降下来
了。
大部分非longrun都是在晚上9点后完成，对生活的影响少了许多。
比赛流水帐。
头天晚上没雨，睡的也不错，没吃vasona推荐的脑白金。吃过一次，搞得我第二天还想
睡。

地理或某个时间段来看。所以野蛮人摧毁了罗马，可是野蛮人和罗马都属于Hilly
Flanks衍生的文明，并且他们之间也不是单纯的毁灭和遗忘，罗马对野蛮人的影响要远
远大于对中国的影响。所以，纵观地中海、欧洲地区的整个历史的话，他们同中国比当
然是一个文明了。
要是像你说的把中国和波斯什么的划在一起，那必须是中国和波斯地区在整个历史上长
期交流、互相影响才行。而事实上波斯和欧洲的联系要比中国紧密的多，两者根本不在
一个量级上。你可以把中国通日本、韩国、越南、泰国这些划在一起，因为这些国家之
间的联系才够紧密。
所以，划分东西方的依据不是某个时间点或某个地理概念，而是动态观察整个人类文明
的结果。
在这样的分类方法，才能回答，为什么是Hilly Flanks这个core的衍生文明统治了世界
，而不是黄河长江core,印度河core或者秘鲁core的衍生文明统治了世界。

Hilly Flanks是麦类作物的发源中心，不代表那些你所谓的“西方”文化的各种内容都
追溯到Hilly Flanks。如果只是因为吃同类的作物，那现在中国北方也是这个“西方“
的一分子，而在你这个”西方“的范畴内同样高度发达的埃及古文明和两河地区以及高
加索地区的游牧文明之间的区别有多大？再给你来个悖论，如果都发源新月富地的希腊
罗马一系彻底终结了古埃及文明，这是新月富地先天的优越性战胜了另一种优越性么？
同样的，中国是亚洲稻作农业和养猪的发源地，也不代表南岛大洋系诸文明就是源于中

话说回来，CVT肯定是有局限性的，超出扭矩承受极限就是渣，这个不是秘密，就算是
单轴行星轮结构的AT还不是一样有扭矩上限吗？
民科喜欢唧唧歪歪CVT是靠小钢带摩擦力，脆弱不堪。
那我就奇怪了，AT难道不是用离合片的摩擦力卡住档位来驱动吗？？知道为什么AT搞
towing要装transmission cooler吗？
AT也有离合片摩擦，摩擦产生热，这里就没有民科出来唧唧歪歪了，因为民科脑袋里根
本连离合片长什么样都没见过
所以说，不管是cvt还是AT，在自己的适用范围内物尽其用，最大化性能和油耗的表现
，同时还有很好的可靠性，我们就说这是好变速箱 |

as well, and they are not that expensive. Just don't do it on SUVs..
It's not fair to compare 650i and EX35 - SUV has a much higher center of
gravity than sedan and thus body roll will be worse.
Long distance trip can be all flat or all hilly, so it's hard to recommend
one car that fits all. SUVs are generally more comfortable on flat freeways,
sedans are generally more comfortable on hilly roads.

Hardesty is out for the season with a torn left ACL.
The Browns were counting on a major contribution from Hardesty as a rookie.
Jerome Harrison will now enter the season as the feature back with Peyton
