applied indoors, can use a humidifier in his room, make sure he drink
plenty of fluid to stay hydrated, you can also apply small amount of

years old, or sometimes for a 50 y/o),

as second hand smoking is another very important risk factor,
he has to understand, that once COPD/emphysema/chronic bronchitis is
established, the damages to the lungs are irreversible,
however, there are things he could do to slow down the progression of the
disease, starting from
1. quit smoking,
2. get scheduled vaccinations including pneumovax, flu shots annually,
3. keep up with hydration,
4. keep inhaled bronchod |

我是由部分前置变成完全前置，本来约了37周5天C，结果36周5天的时候bleeding，立
刻去了医院，一个小时后宝宝出世。
我自己现在想想有几点怀孕期间和手术时是一定要注意的问题。
1，禁止任何除慢走之外的一切活动，这个OB一定会讲。从20周开始，连下蹲捡地上的
东西，老公都给我杜绝了。弯腰就更加被老公杜绝。
2，多多的喝水，keep Hydrated 防止早期假宫缩，从而避免拉扯胎盘导致流血。
3，34周以后能卧床休息，尽量卧床休息。连稍长距离的慢走都省了。因为这个时候胎
儿大了，bleeding的几率也大了。
4，楼主在28周，或者32周时会知道胎盘是在肚皮与宝宝之间，还是在宝宝后面靠近妈
妈背部的位置。这个会影响C时的程序。如果在宝宝后面靠近妈妈背部的位置，那么在
取出宝宝之前不用移动胎盘的位置。我是胎盘前置里面的这种情况。就是post
complete placenta previa。那个post是告诉我说的这个信息的。如果是另一种情况，
OB跟你们讨论的。或者在手术之前，自己要问清楚。

Be sure your child doesn't scratch them. Use plenty of lotion/cream (a few
times a day) to keep the skin hydrated will help. |
