39w+5d 的早上四点半，觉得有一股水流出来，当时还在想，难道我现在对尿的控制力
已经这么差了？起床去厕所，发现有点血丝，但还真分不清楚是尿还是水。但是最近几
天一直有不规律的有痛宫缩，加上日子临近，我觉得应该是快了。老公醒了，看到情况
以为马上要生了，我说先睡觉吧，有点精力，天亮了再说。
宫缩时不时的来，到六点钟，我终于睡着了。一觉醒来快十点了，基本觉得是破水了，
一边给医院打电话，一边准备出发。到医院差不多十一点，检查，确定破水，入院。
十一点半，开始IV，然后逐渐加催产素。于是宫缩就慢慢的频繁起来。真的跟痛经的感
觉一模一样啊，但是我真的想不通为啥这痛需要吼叫来扛，我觉得那样只会更快虚脱过
去。护士让我下地多走，促进产程，于是我就在走廊上来回走了几次，每次宫缩来的时
候，我都使劲抓住老公的手，发抖得厉害。然后我还是回病床上休息。到下午三点的时
候，宫缩大概是每2-3分钟一次了，痛的时候我说不出话来了。护士问我需要挨批丢吗
，我还说再等会儿。又过了会儿，老公在旁边给我讲笑话，讲笑话还让我猜下一句是什
么。我回答：我要挨批丢。

if persistent high fever or worsening lethargy/mental status, then go to ER.
FYI, 医生make a diagnosis based on history, physical exam, and may need
appropriate labs. 你电话里告诉医生的基本上只能算history那一部分，在俺们的（
subjective,objective,assessment,plan里只能算subjective那部分）。所以听起来有
点严重的为了保险起见都被俺打发到ER去了。
不过有的家长对孩子不付责任的，平时不按时随访的，记不住daily medication药名的

有的血管都试了，插进去，在里面搅一阵，偶尔摸到血管，然后又滑掉了。就没一个成
功的。我实在忍不住，去跟医生说，能不能不吊了。
娃实在太太太可怜了，现在不光她有心理阴影，我也有了。

临床症状和体检不支持细菌感染，倒是更倾向于病毒感染。(俺实在没有必要引经据典
地象你解释为什么我认为这更象病毒感染，this is what we trained for.病人家属要
是想知道，俺们会解释的）所以俺们最后就只建议keep baby well hydrated, use
Tylenol and cough syrup as needed plus继续观察。三周多了，好的差不多了，no
need for antibiotics, steroid or albuterol either:-)

viral infection. no test needed cause N.O. 1 no such a good test and N.O. 2
tests will not affect my treatment plan. our suggestion is no antibiotics at
this point, no good specific drugs to treat common cold viral infection, so
hydration, Tylenol, cough syrup etc for now.

了两次zofran.她在手术室里工作，不会被允许呕吐的，也让她给硬忍过来了。
你就少吃多餐，挑自己喜欢的吃，keep yourself well hydrated. 真要是吐血了，那
还是吃药吧，zofran还是比较安全的。 |

1. Do bathing everyday for the kid over 10 minutes. Bathing not shower. Let
him immerse in the water 10 minutes or so. This way the skin gets hydrated

4月5日到日本旅游，
4月7日中午开始不肯吃饭，晚上呕吐，腹痛，
4月8日一天呕吐，腹痛
4月9日到京都市立医院，做了B超，CT, X-RAY..B超和XRAY说明肠部发炎，但CT显
示没有肠阻和肠打结。
4月10日开始住院，
4月11日开始用抗生素治疗，11日早上灌肠取出肠肉大便做细菌培养。结果是没有
细菌。同时当日开始服用azithromycin.但腹痛越来越厉害，呕吐胆汁黄绿色粘液。
4月13日凌晨因为腹痛又做了B超和CT, B超仍显示肠部发炎，但是CT显示没有肠阻
和肠打结.换抗生素certriaxone sodium hydrate. 13日到现在没有再呕吐，但13日晚
上开始便血，日本医院拿了大便和血液做细菌培养，结果仍没有发现细菌。
现在大便很稀，不受控制的流出，，有时有血，有时没有，血液检查CRP又升高了
一倍，孩子肚子疼起来只能靠止疼片，但是不疼的时候，头脑清醒，很活泼。另外孩子

了有break的risk。出来后秘书给我们看估价，说是一共6千多美元，我们保险年度上限
是2000刀，所以我们自己要付4650刀左右，而且不能打任何discount。
我的concern是我知道Rachel的牙很糟糕，但是有他说的那么厉害吗？这么大的
treatment一次三小时就搞定，让人听上去很不放心，而且家长还看不到过程。我们打
