，展开搜捕非法移民行动，逮捕了39名涉嫌侵犯人权等罪行的嫌犯。这些人都有有效的
驱逐令，将被遣返回原籍国。其中包括曾经参与计划生育活动的4名中国人。
上个月末，“ICE国家逃犯行动计划”和“ICE人权违反者和战争罪行中心”等部门联手
，在亚特兰大、巴尔的摩、芝加哥、达拉斯、休斯顿、洛杉矶、迈阿密、新奥尔良、纽
约市、纽瓦克、盐湖城和旧金山12个城市，展开行动。
被逮捕的嫌犯包括：
14名来自中美洲，犯有侵犯人权等多项罪行的嫌犯；

我们家经常买桶装水喝，2.5G的那种。最近发现用ice mountain烧开的水倒到玻璃杯里
面，表面会有
一层漂浮物，再看保温水壶里面，这个浑浊类。两桶水试下来都是这样，换成别的牌子
的，就清澈了。
不知道大家有体验吗？ 这水一般还比别的贵，说是天然矿泉水，难道就是直接从地下
搞上来，一点处理
都没有？
大家要实验的话，建议烧开以后，倒到干净杯子里面观察一会儿，我几次都看到了很多
悬浮物，在热保
瓶里面跟是清楚，白花花的。
这水能喝吗？！ |

发帖数: 19373 | 21 很新的房子,没想到会出现ice dam漏水,自己分析了一下原因.
1.漏水的地方比其他地方结构突出2feet,所以roof就相对平缓,ice dam容易挡住水.
2.attic里的vent可能被泡沫的insulation挡住,所以影响了空气对流,昨天builder来扫
了一下,今天漏水好很多.当然也可能跟我稍微rake了一下房檐有关.
3.不知道下雪之后要rake屋顶,但漏水的地方是二层屋顶,16feet的rake,直着举也就能
够到gutter,所以很不容易rake
4.漏水的房檐下方是一个厕所,单独有个暖风口,所以比别的房间热,热气就上升很容易
把上方的雪化成水,最后形成冰坝
5.这阵在家呆的时间比较多,暖气开的也大一些,白天72,晚上74~75.加上今年的雪创纪
录,所以也是出现漏水的原因之一.
6.一开始漏一点水的时候,以为是siding有个小洞造成,因为是在1层见水,没想到是ice
dam/不懂ice dam.第二天又赶上气温高点,人不在家,晚上就发展到了一片. |

发帖数: 4283 | 22 房屋保险实际是就是保灾难性的事故的，当然小到你洗脸盆水漫出来把洗澡间淹了你也
可以claim, 保险公司是会理赔的。但是他们是肯定会秋后算账的，你如果一直claim,
保险公司最终是会拒绝你投保的。然后你claim的记录是业界联网的，也就是说你被一
家据了以后，也很难被其他保险公司接受的。
一般的ice dam都是小事故，墙壁进些水在冬天没啥关系的，其实就是刷个墙，4，5千
的理赔，还要扣掉deductible+折旧，不值得惹一身骚。
举个例子，你今年claim了ice dam（小事故），明年claim个水管爆裂（中等事故），
后年不小心厨房起火了（大事故），你claim还是不claim? 所以说要把life line留给
灾难性的事故，保险公司一次两次还是会容忍的就是涨点保费，3次以上，你就out了，
一旦out以后，你就out了。
然后你反过来想想，这么多老美，钱太多了？力气没地方用了？除什么雪？除什么ice
dam? 房顶塌了,不是正好用保险给换个新房顶？ice dam不正好把房间重新刷一刷？ |

shield must start at the roofs eave edge and extend 2 ft inside heated wall
space of a structure.
好多新房和新的roof不应该漏啊？就算有ICE Dam的话。最多沿着siding 从窗的Frame
里漏进来。

，也很新，所以做了inspection发现都没什么问题就买了。结果两周前房顶开始漏水（
我是condo顶层），赶紧通知物业，物业说是由于ice dam的原因，他们已经接到好几户
的报警了。他们就雇佣了roofer去除冰。后来中间有一天房子不漏水了。可是过了一天
以后，就又继续开始，而且不但不停，反而越演越烈。现在我的客厅地板已经被flood
一次。现在有三处地方在同时漏水，最厉害的在客厅，水滴到天花板，然后顺着一个
sprinkler流出来，严重的时候基本就是涓涓细流，都不是水珠，一个8加仑的桶，两三
个小时就满了。我现在客厅和卧室的墙，天花板都已经有很多出明显的黄色水印，很多
地方漆也起来了，molding也跟墙分开了，木地板有的地方也开始变形了。我现在有这
么几个问题：
1. 听邻居说有的住户连续因为冬天漏水连续修过三次自己的unit。我现在怀疑这个问
题原来就存在，所以前任房主把房子修好后出手，所以房子看着很新。请问这种情况，

一大早开车来到Wolf Creek pass附近，把车停在change station，10来分钟左右就到
了山崖边。一个向导设置路线，另一向导就给我们现场讲解如何使用 ice axe and
crampon。
准备好后就开始攀冰，好象没有想象中的艰难。天气很好，大概40度左右，山崖向阳，
Swinging ice axe and kicking crampon也比较容易。这个地方总共有三条线，短的几
乎竖直，中长的曲曲弯弯一点，两条线的耗力程度差不太多。剩的一条大长线说是养肥
一点给第二天用。
每个人几乎都fall过一次，有位同学的 ice axe还掉下来，幸好没伤人伤己，应该是没
系紧带子的缘故。赶在太阳下山崖之前，有的又多攀了一次，看起来都很尽兴。
回去路上想着好不容易来一趟，要多体验一下。于是要求第二天试 snowshoeing，向导
也很好，考虑了一下后放弃了特意留给第二天的要养肥一点的那条长线，安排
snowshoeing 去另一个地方攀冰。
回到温暖的 cabin，大家七手八脚的BBQ、做饭、烤蛋糕（有个同学生日），美美的吃

因为到那个North Clear Creek的路程较远，要早出发一个小时。一大早向导带着我们
在山里东拐西拐的来到了一片开阔地，白茫茫的雪晃得人都睁不开眼。穿上snowshoes,
，拄着snow poles，刚开始走的时候还是有点歪歪扭扭的，不过很快也就适应了。大约
30分钟后就到了谷顶，好象还没走尽兴呢。
收拾好 snowshoes后，我们在一边玩，两向导各自忙着设置路线，然后把我们一个个放
下去。轮到我的时候，觉得还是有点紧张的。
下到谷底后，踩着深浅不一的雪，赶紧走到另一边的有点向阳的小坡上放下背包休息，
这才有空仔细欣赏谷底景色。发觉跟昨天的大不一样：太阳很少，ice burger既多又大。
全都下来后，休息片刻准备攀冰了。向导还提醒我们别忘了欣赏里面的流水。昨天的一
条线里也有一点涓涓细流，刚开始砸下axe时心里还是有点点发怵的。
看着我在旁边跃跃欲试，向导让我先上右边这条线。我就挑了个漂亮的几个点入手：-

until two days ago, after I ran a HM in the gym in Bellagio hotel in
Vegas, I spent 30 minutes using ice to cool down knees, calves. The result
of using ice is fantastic. Without any rest, I could go out with my wife
to play games in Circus Circus for hours.
Usually after long run, I feel knee pain during following nights. This
time, two nights in a row, I didn't feel any knee pain.
So, use ice after long run! |

ranged from Dec25, '11 - Feb 21 '12-- I got 7 of the latter dates.. They
sent me a 15% off coupon and I used that too for a total price of $2.97 per
box= 16.5 cents per cup....
They also had some teas, and one other that I didnt note....Im betting other
stores have other flavors--
These say ICED coffee on the box but what is the difference between iced

综合媒体12月28日报道，ICE加拿大油菜籽期货28日收盘上涨，因市场需要上涨以跟上外围油籽市场的涨幅。
ICE 1月加拿大油菜籽期货收盘上涨2.90加元，报收于581.50加元/公吨，3月合约收盘上涨3.30加元，报收于589.80加元/公吨，11月合约收盘上涨1.70加元，报收于529.40加元/公吨。
交易商称，CBOT大豆期货市场27日的上涨及近月合约28日的走高帮助辅助加拿大油菜籽期货市场的上涨。马来西亚棕榈油期货及欧洲油菜籽期货过去几个交易周触及新的合约高点也给油菜籽期货市场提供有力的支持。
经济商称，加拿大国内对油菜籽持续强劲的压榨需求也影响期货价格上涨。加拿大油菜籽新旧出口业务的定价也支持了油菜籽期货市场。
盘间一些少量的投机性买盘浮现，帮助市场产生稳固的价格基础。
但是，经纪商称，油菜籽期货价格的上涨受到CBOT豆油期货下跌的限制，加元的走强也限制了价格的上涨。
经纪商称，谷物公司扩大对冲卖盘也限制了价格的上行，而获利了结则进一步限制价格涨幅。

加拿大ICE 11月油菜籽期货收盘上涨3.00加元，报收于558.20加元/公吨，1月合约收盘上涨3.30加元，报收于565.90加元/公吨；ICE 3月合约收盘上涨5.60加元，报收于573.00加元/公吨。
交易商表示，据悉部分商业买需是为了弥补对日本的常规出口业务及一些国内压榨商的需求。
但也有观点认为一些的出口业务登记在册，或是在近期完成。然而，出口来源未证实任何新的销售。
油菜籽交投清淡，少量的买盘或卖盘影响了价值。
空头回补为价格注入了一定的强势。同时，芝加哥期货交易所(CBOT)豆油期货上扬亦提供了些许潜在支持。
受马来西亚棕榈油(8870,6.00,0.07%)和欧洲油菜籽期货隔夜下挫拖累，油菜籽合约在盘中大部分时间内走低。
受CBOT大豆(4241,-6.00,-0.14%)期货早盘下挫打压，轻微的投机卖盘增添了负面的价格基调。加拿大西部的农户向现货市场的交付增多亦影响了早些时候的部分卖盘。

加拿大ICE 11月油菜籽期货收盘下跌2.40加元，报收于561.00加元/公吨，1月合约收盘下跌2.00加元，报收于569.10加元/公吨；ICE 3月合约收盘下跌1.60加元，报收于576.10加元/公吨。
市场人士将油菜籽的交投活动形容为清淡和震荡。
交易商表示，油菜籽最初以疲软基调开盘，因海外油菜籽期货下挫和芝加哥期货交易所(CBOT)大豆期货北美开盘下跌。
经纪商表示，消息称加拿大西部的作物总体长势良好亦刺激了部分负面情绪。
经纪商指出，油菜籽的跌势在午盘转为上扬，因CBOT大豆期货反弹。这激起了油菜籽的空头回补，帮助支持了价格。
油菜籽的额外支持来自稳定的国内压榨商需求，因压榨利润被视为转成更加盈利。商业帐户对日本出口业务的常规定价亦支持油菜籽价格。
加元下跌也为油菜籽盘中提供了良好的潜在支持。缺少农户向现货渠道的重大交付亦提供些许支持。
