record 的时候, 遇到麻烦。症状是：
1. DELETE 小的 Image (<50k), 没有问题。
2 当image超过100k后，我就DELETE不掉了。SQL server 就死了。我用的方法是在ASP页
内生成一个SQL command, send 到 SQL server.
如果我把同样的 SQL command 直接在 SQLserver里 run, 就可以DELETE掉。
是不是我的那里设支不对？请高手给点意见。 |

I got another problem for Image J. My boos asked me to score TUNEL staining
for apoptosis, that means I need to score almost 1000 DAPI (nucleus) to see
among them how many TUNEL positive cell according to her. That is a lot of
scoring under microscope.
I wonder whether I can take images and use Image J to score DAPI (I just
need to score TUNEL).
Is there anyone knows how to use Image J to score DAPI?

application named Tifin. It works fine for images obtained before 2002.
However, for images generated after 2005, it seems that the Tifin
application cannot import images at the right spots and scales. I wonder

却不曾有机会做的方向",听着感觉你已经至少phd毕业了....个人感觉国内的医院没啥
研发吧?而且国内学校里研究MRI的都很少.radiation therapy相对imaging对数学要求
低了不少,而且很多学习imaging的同时还要学不少EE的东西.如果考虑赚钱,单讲北美的
话,radiation therapy和MRI的工资,都作为medical physcist的话差别不大,不过还是
要再次提醒下,medical physicist的board考试问题...... |

learning , which is rather hot these days.
also "computer vision" is a very sellable skill set, though it's basically

warming up的原因，要把很多image从disk上load到memory里面，有时会有几秒钟的时

医学图像之类的。
最近为这个事儿比较发愁。我拿到俩个offer,业内还不错的公司，很难取舍。本人
fresh PHD。
offer A 在portland，偏research,工作职位很喜欢。
offer B 在boston,做产品，可能时间长了比较枯燥，对这个职位感觉一般。这家主要
的优势是离老婆比较近。
offer B比A 大概多 15K
现在的问题是老婆还在boston附近读书，明年底毕业。我们在网上查了下，不管是学术
界还是工业界，就imaging来说，boston好像比portland要多很多的机会。
两地一年还可以接受，时间长了就比较痛苦了。比较担心老婆明年毕业了在portland这
边找不到工作。
可能我们有很多信息还没查到，想问下版上在Oregon的朋友，知不知道一些imaging想
关的工作机会？多谢。 |
