梁彼得律师的动议今天被否决了，现在还有谁还会天真地认为当初应该由法官判案的吗
？就是这样一个天作之合的 juror misconduct，按照美国宪法是严重违反了保障被告
人impartial jury的权力，发回去重审本来应该是天经地义的事，还不是判无罪，法官
都不敢。所以我早就跟你们说其实根本不能依靠法官，还是得靠给主流施加压力。事实
证明，华人压力一旦出现，主流就收敛了点，那个检察官其实代表的就是主流意思。现
在只希望这个法官不至于判得重过检察官的要求。一般情况下法官都不会超过检察官要
求，如果没有意外的话。接下来就是上诉。
很重要的一点，今天去法院闹场的示威要求判梁彼得刑的有200 到300 人，华人媒体美
国中文网说300， 主流媒体说200. 其中近一半都是非黑人，大多数都是白人，加上一
些老莫和亚裔。黑人去的还是那几个，每次都去的很撒泼的几个。这说明，黑人人心没

Eric Holder, the most corrupt attorney general in our nation's history, has
finally decided to step down after six scandal-ridden years at the
Department of Justice.
With the Senate likely to change hands after the midterm elections, the
president will want to have the confirmation process for his pick for the
next Attorney General (aka "scandal goalie" or "firewall") over before the
Republican Senate convenes in January.

合法。但并不是所有美国人都对这一裁决感到满意，比如得州州长。
得克萨斯州州长格雷格·雅培26日就最高法院的裁决发表声明称：“最高法院已经放
弃了它作为一个公正的司法仲裁机构的作用，它已成为一个由九名非选举产生的成员组
成的立法机构。宪法和法院的过去的判决维护了这个国家的人民，而5名大法官则在这
个问题上将自己的个人观点强加于整个国家。”
他称：“尽管最高法院已经下达裁决，但得州人的基本权利——宗教自由仍然受到保
护。没有一个得克萨斯人需要按照这个违背了自身婚姻宗教信仰的最高法院裁决行事。”
