这种事情可以理解，别说你这个年纪，就是我爸这个年纪，单位里有点不平，心里也不
好受。这个时候就是学习的时候。
哥前阵子也有点不爽，2天后想开了，很多东西都是nothing
你做了director又如何？你拉了一堆中国人，从狭隘的角度看当然是好事，可是从广义
的公司角度，只是impartial，因为公司看的是你hire的人，同样的活，你找来便宜的
中国人干的好，那是好事，你扔掉烙印找来中国人干不好，那是坏事。
我职业上2次都是烙印招的我，虽然老板不是烙印，我的理解是，一个好的manager是管
理，是沟通，你把背景有点差的中国人招进来，本身对公司也不是坏事，也不是好事，
关键在于这个人后期的发展，至于那个中国人后面有没有踢你一脚，这个看人，老钟，
烙印，小白，都干得出来。。 |

I don't often praise Cisco, but taking an impartial point of view, Cisco's
action against Arista actually does have strong merit. Case law precedent is
on Cisco's side on this one. And Arista's stock taking a severe beating is
indicative of how things will pan out. Arista is worried big time even if

很遗憾的是nature 偷偷的把这个回复给删了， 留下很多中国人名字的谩骂贴。
我非常支持这个回帖作者的观点， 应该用事实和科学的方法回击nature,
nature 作为一个科学界的顶级杂志，发表这种文章， 必须要付出代价.

in great demand because big law firms laid off too many of them in 2009 and
many midlevels and seniors now finally get a chance to go to inhouse after
the recession. so the market now is probably not as good as that in 2007 but

在OCEF活跃着这样一些人，他们深入基层，走在第一线，为基金会带来了详实而又宝贵
的第一手资料。有了他们，基金会的各项工作才得以顺利展开，他们就是基金会的协调
员和在一线工作的义工。

时间过得真快，屈指一算，从我第一次听到OCEF这个名字到现在自己成为OCEF的一员已
经过去5年了。可以说第一次接触OCEF的我是一个旁观者，只是以一个看客的身份体验
受助者的不幸与无助。当我以工作人员的身份参与到这项工作当中去的时候，我发现光
凭借热情和感情是无法做好这项工作的。对于被资助者，OCEF有自己一套完整的标准和
依据，可以让我们更客观也更理性的去对待每一个提出申请的学生，正因为有了这样的
标准，我们在面对种种问题时就有了统一的标准，在不能全面兼顾的前提下，可以公平
公正的去选择更需要帮助的孩子。
转眼之间，我自己从事协调员工作已经2年多了，从第一次的震撼和激动，到现在的理
性和客观，OCEF教会了我该怎样去理解慈善公益事业。帮助他人，是我们今天在做的事
情。让爱传递，我想就是他们明天要做的事情。
