fair process before getting dismissed from the school. He should have the
ability to appeal and have an impartial authority to review the decision.
This central matter is the tuition paid upfront. The school dismisses the
students while holding the remaining tuition is unethical and borderline
criminal. Without a due process, any school can take this kind of action and
make this a scam.

受些social和speech的service.现在在一个私立上K(以pre-K为主，K不是太正规).
可是问题来了，从九月初注册，到这个学区安排evaluation,（之前的学区evaluation
他们不承认），到开家长会（CSE meeting）， 到给出推荐的program花了3个多月，实
际上到现在四个月过去了问题还没有解决，孩子的还是一直在私立带着。主要问题是：
1. 学区根据评估的结果（主要是注意力不集中，不social, 有时不follow
directions），结论是孩子不适合现在他们学区的programs, 所以给推荐了别的学区的
sister school的self-contained program, 说是到2014年9月再回到现在的学区。但是
参观后发现，距离离家远很多不说，那个班的小孩是有明显的智力问题，所以我们不可
能把孩子放到那里。而且这个推荐的学区比我们的学期，教学质量明显差。还推荐了另
外一个差学区，我们也拒绝了。

是可以接受的。
早就说过了，boss跑出来能support一个店小二，显然是认同了"不能说其它语言“的价
值观，应该说，一个店长能站在小二角度，显然是有根有据的。因为店长是impartial
的，至少是incline customer的。
再说现场，
国人其实很多情况在公共场合声音很大，去一趟costco就知道了，很大声音的讨论买东
西带回国。小孩子急着要上厕所，然后一个女人匆忙的冲进来，很着急的说“小孩要撒
尿”。
这个场景大家设想一下好了，声音肯定不小，语调很着急，行动是冲进来的，这个当事
人没反应，店员听到肯定是feel offensive了。
再说这个牌子，人家早就立在那里了不是？显然不是针对你一个人。
哥早就说过了，歧视这个东西就是ghost，你自己虚，你就会觉得歧视，比如我老，看
到MM不理我，我就会觉得是不是不喜欢我，可是如果是情场高手，一定会游刃有余。 |

Hubert， 及Group的弟兄姐妹好，
我想Hubert 指的闹事的人应该指的是我吧。我希望借此和Hubert有所沟通，及Group里
的人有所沟通。Tiger问我为什么那天那么生气。我告诉Tiger目前，DCFS要求把我的孩
子送去给别入领养，听审法官上个月以经正式把我的孩子送给别人领养，而且案子已经
关掉。 我不只失去拉孩子，而且失去拉探访的机会。目前只有AttornyGeneral及MEDIA
的胁助之下可以重新OPEN我的CASE。把我的孩子带回到我的身边。Tiger也同意我来组
里寻求大家的帮助。
