Your mom was out of control. :-) She was just too worried and too impatient.
Your height is like 1.85+ M to a man. A male being 1-2 cm shorter should be
fine. It doesn't really matter too much when a match is taller in your mind.

摘自J.M. Coetzee: Boyhood
The greatest secret of his school life, the secret he tells no one at
home, is that he has become a Roman Catholic, that for all practical
purposes he 'is' a Roman Catholic.
The topic is difficult to raise at home because their family 'is'
nothing. They are of course South Africans, but even South Africanness
is faintly embarrassing, and therefore not talked about, since not
everyone who lives in South Africa is a South African, or not a proper
South African.

Life-force, or spirit, is impersonal. As noted, the Scriptures refer to the

there is no superiority of the man over the beast,” that is, as to the life

Why People Procrastinate
Given that this behavior can cause so many complications in your life, do
you ever wonder why it is so hard to stop procrastinating? Here are some
possible reasons:
1. Getting frustrated easily.
How often do you say to yourself, "I can't stand it," or "This is just too
hard." When you have to do something distasteful or difficult, do you get
frustrated and impatient? When things don't come easily or when they're more
complicated than you expected, do you want to give up?
