私人俱乐部技术上不可能“违反”宪法。你如果读一下宪法文本就知道宪法限制的对象
只是各政府部门。甚至你可以查一下英英字典constitution这个词的意思。最简单的，
你的私人俱乐部可以随时开除表达你讨厌的观点的会员，而没有任何constitutional
implication。 |

1970年代早期，多数中国科学家，在文化大革命中努力生存而无机会开展研究。两位年
轻的研究者屠呦呦和张亭栋，分别在发现抗疟新药青蒿素和揭示砒霜化学成分三氧化二
砷对白血病的治疗作用的过程中起了关键作用。回顾四十年前开始的历程，不乏曲折和
反讽。青蒿素工作源于中国帮助越南抵抗美国，三氧化二砷源于观察、验证和改进乡村
中医的实践。虽然他们的药物挽救了世界上很多生命，两位研究者迄今未获国内外充分
肯定，屠呦呦有争议、张亭栋基本默默无闻。相关的文献埋没于冷僻的杂志和一般不易
看到的内部会议资料。基于原始中文论文、文件和采访，我们在此呈现这些发现的历史
概貌。没有逃脱我们的注意，在古代和近现代中文文献及医疗实践中，可能还有尚待重
