民调说事。且不说民调本身的样本数量是否足够，组成是否合理，单看是谁发布的民调
就能猜出个结果。这样的民调还有什么科学性呢？ 依我看，真正的民调结果是在是11
月 8号 （如果我们还相信选举系统公正的话）。
第一场辩论确实很吸引人，观众据说达到了70 million。我觉得前45分钟Trump 表现非
常出色，谈经济，谈就业，谈如何让海外资金回流，谈美国在贸易当中的逆差。有效的
攻击了克林顿签署的NAFTA 是现在美国制造业严重下滑的原因，攻击了希拉里力挺的
TPP 将比NAFTA 更加损害美国制造业，逼的希拉里也半心半意的说自己不支持TPP。

现在的民主党是两岸精英，Limousine Liberal的政党了，对普通劳动民众不但根本不
同情，而且充满着鄙视。这是川普2016年获胜的关键原因，也是川普当选以后，民主党
集体出现Trump Derangement Syndrome的原因。
两岸精英构成的民主党，有着相对高收入、高学历，掌握着美国话语权的三个领域：大
学、媒体、娱乐行业，所以觉得自己应该主导意识形态，普通老百姓只要根据精英的指
示来判断谁是好人，谁是坏人，怎么投票，道德规则应该如何就行了。
殊不知，这种居高临下的态度正是让他们跟现实脱节，也把美国带进歧路的原因。普通
人虽然没有高学位，但却是完全感受得到的精英们对他们骨子里流露出来的鄙视。民主
党推行完全跟常识脱节的program，也是嘲笑他们的智商，以为他们搞不清这是瞎扯。
何以见得？
1. 经济政策方面：
- 整天谈贫富悬殊，却不认识到奥巴马救市策略只有大量印钱一个支柱，导致资产泡沫
以后富人越富，穷人的收入却没有增加，奥总在位时段贫富悬殊比小布什减税更加加剧；

percentage of each grade, you just need to follow. Sometimes, such rules are
more implicit.
Even if there no rules, it's better to be more consistent in assessment
avoid unnecessary trouble, unless you have a strong justification for
abnormal cases.
Consistently having a lot of failures or majority of low grades may not
reflect well to the instructor. Students' failure is to some extent the
instructor's failure. |

基本全速运行。
我现在是在一个512x512的网格上用一个semi-implicit scheme
解一个parabolic equation, 时间步长是10^{-6}, 每步要几次FFT，
时间从0到七八十的样子就要算三个礼拜了。这里面用了个while
循环以及几个if判断，也许时间花在了while循环上？
我把网格变成1024x1024时，花费时间基本上是x4，所以时间似乎
是主要花费在FFT上。
我对于这样规模的问题，在四核iMac上到底应该花费多少时间没有什
么概念。已经多年没有进行严肃的计算了。至于GPU计算，受GPU内
存的限制，对于网格的大小限制也比较大。我看到有文章里说6GB内
存的GPU只能处理128x128x128的三维网格，那就是1024x1024的
二维网格呗？我还想尝试一下2048x2048甚至更大点的网格，GPU可
能有困难。 |

2. 您有没有explicitly or implicitly向签证官表明, 我读完书, 是肯定回中国的?
当然, 如果你是H1B或者别的移民签证直接来美国做教授的, 那您是真的标准一致. |
