3辆车车祸,警察事故报告也出来了,尾车全责先撞我然后我的车撞到前车,并给了尾车
ticket. 我车在中,前车只有后bumper
一点点损伤并且当场开走,其他两车都是被拖走,报告上记录当场没有injury.
本车半保,自己联系责任人保险公司USAA,录了statement,statement当中实说了被撞经
过并有脖子痛的症状但没有去看医
生,现在好些了. 之后他们说必须得取得最前车主的联系方式和口供所以暂时还不承认
对我的liability.
为减小费用撞车后,车被拖到当地朋友家旁的私人停车厂有扒车牌直到数天前被当地警
察拖到impound lot,借口不能长期停
crashed car,估计是看我们外州车牌好欺负.虽然我已将所有材料给朋友并且他也能随
时redeem车,但即使出来也没地方停,
又不知道保险公司拖多久. 这下每天都在产生费用,生怕这些钱都要不回来.
而且我和老婆被撞当下几天脖子一直疼,后来好了.不过最近看网上文章说后遗症很可能
几个月甚至一年以上才会发现,心里担

律师会帮你联系医生（实际上是物理治疗师）帮你治疗，都是免费的（其实律师和医生

开几个月开春卖掉。俺家两辆车放在车库里，没有位置给他的旧爱，一般停在driveway上。ld懒新年前夜没有把他的旧爱停上driveway，就停在马路边上。新年半夜警察砸门，问ld 是否拥有一辆绿色Honda Accord，
连说是呀是呀，警察叔叔说，车被撞了，出来看看，拿走车内东西，我们要把车拖走。
这一看不要紧，车子被撞到邻居家的driveway上面（我家离邻居家至少有30米），180
度掉头，后备箱一半陷进车体，后窗玻璃全碎了。肇事车停在邻居家院子里，铲倒了邻
居的邮箱，肇事者逃跑了。警察说肇事车至少开到70－100mph。我们小区限速25mph，
此人不是喝醉就是high。两辆车都被警察拖走放到impound里。
问题：假如肇事车无保险，我们可以用uninsured policy吗？我们只有liability,没有
collision. uninsured policy能赔多少钱？我们本来打算1500卖掉。 |

发帖数: 15 | 21 今天路上说话去了，没有注意限速牌，外加比较早修路的地方没有人，超速了（修路限
速55开到80了），被警察抓了。问题比较严重的是，加州临时驾照过期了5天。警察在
系统里面查到的状态是 no card issued，最后就把车拖走了，说是impound 30天，按
无证驾驶+speeding开的罚单。unlicensed 这个好像可以算作criminal，比较着急。
因为从别的州搬过来，1月份就去换了加州驾照，但是3个月过去了，一直没有收到正式
的。之前打电话问过，说还在处理。昨天我也电话了，不过加州的DMV很少能打进去。
请问一下，有人有类似的情况，想请教一下建议？
现在想到的是，立马去补办一份临时驾照，先把车拿回来。google了一下有人是这样提
前拿回车的。上庭argue一下不是 unlicensed，之前的州的驾照因为钱包被抢，也没有
了，不过那个驾照到今天没有过期。 Speeding 这个只能态度好认了。

钱包被抢那个，有policy report，不是伪证。不过，后来查了一下，搬到加州以后，
按照换驾照的要求，之前的驾照应该算是自动无效了。加上没有实体卡了，也不能算。
打算周一立马去再办一张临时驾照，把车取回来。按照查到了，只要能出示valid驾照
，车是应该取回来的。
关于impound 30天这个，我觉得算是警察失误，因为查到的条款是这种是针对not ever
issued a licensed. 按理说我的情况不能算啊。警察就按系统里面查到card is not
issued。就说我是这种情况，有点不符合规定，而且我还提了之前是有好多年的外州驾
照的。 |

可以去参加county的听证会，appeal validity of impound
想请问有人去参加过类似的听证吗？
我没有办法证明我昨天停的时候那里没有标志说不让停。。。没有目击证人，没法自证啊
想请问有什么办法要回来点钱吗？肉疼。。。
这个真的太冤了。。。一直守法良民。。。没有任何ticket过。。。
