果有面试的话大多是因为seminar排满了，或者是距离太原，给个电话interview。
2。本专业的postdoc的任何形式的面试，电话或seminar,大意味着你已经是进入2选1的
状态了，一般只要不是很让人失望，大多给offer。
3。postdoc的电话面试很少需要谈自己的research，你的research一般都有paper, 或
者references作旁证，不需要你再说明。
4。postdoc的面试一般都是对方介绍自己的research group,然后你说对将来research
的打算，兴趣等，industry那样的”考核“非常罕见，所以你做了那么多年的research
,这种面试根本不需要准备。
5。如果你投了简历后一个月后还没有人联系你，你基本可以不用考虑了。骚扰信，或
者industry常用的那种thank you letter这种客套基本没用。academic是非常Libral的
领域。 |

的生物药企轻松就业，因为两国的技术和管理差距在那里摆着。
如果选同济副教授，头几年你能站稳脚跟就不错了，可能还要给学生上课，光是备课就
要耗费至少一年的经历，还有科研发文章带学生。
国内创业，很多事情不靠谱，大家凭的不是技术实力，而是关系和人脉。 |

以前说cs phd毕业后大多当faculty，或者到research lab。
又有人说不是这样。
那么这些phd毕业后如果没有当faculty，也没到大公司作research，都干什么去了？
我自己就是在读cs的phd。如果是对master的话，毕业后可以想办法作普通的programmer
，或者做系统的administrator都可以吧，entry/intermedia都可以。
但是phd呢？很多人都说到一个over
qualify的问题，例如你一个phd去找普通programmer的位置恐怕就很不可能。
那么fresh phd去找高级一些的职位，比如什么senior architecturer之类的，那样子的
有吗？我知道其实大多数phd做的东西都是完全的research，跟industry的联系不大。例

怎么感觉说去公司了，paper数就不重要了，觉得不大对。
还有说的去Industry,好像默认就是coding了，真的这样么？
很多大公司不是还有research部门么。为什么很少人说这个，我觉得也很适合阿，不过
估计进去还是有难度，也要看paper数量的吧。 |

定的Fragomen。发的文章被业界其他大公司的专利引用过(没有对应产品），还被自己
博士老板开的小公司应用了（有产品出来，有客户）。现在F家的律师一直强调，EB1B
要求的是对academia的contribution,而我的这些贡献都是对industry，包括现在对就
职公司的贡献，都是侧重industry，这样会容易RFE和被拒。可是如果不用或者淡化这
些，实在没什么亮点了...求教大家，EB1B真的要淡化对工业界的贡献么？真的是尽量
侧重对学术界的贡献么？非常感谢大家。 |
