开始的工作是在学校做关于health方面的，最近打算换工作，
拿到credit方面的offer。自己由于background 是医学方面的，
想找药厂方面的，但听说work at home 怕不喜欢每天自己在家工作，没有social
如果从自己背景，职业发展是接了这个offer还是继续找health 相关的工作
如果以后有回国的打算呢，credit industry or pharmaceutical industry or
federal government like CDC or FDA?

是放着industry 2倍的工资都不肯去的。
绿卡我觉得不应该是问题，多少小破学校的人自己找律师都把绿卡办了。
发展前途的话可能要看这个工作的组织结构。你这个待遇看上去不错，应该也是比较有
钱的研究组吧。
一般如果是挂靠一个很牛的研究组（带头人一般是MD+MS或MD+PhD)，自己是组里数一数
二的statistician（组里如果有个大老板级别的statistician也是好事，因为发文章他
可以做通讯作者，就把第一作者的位置留出来了），结构成熟上轨道的话，医学统计研
究很容易出paper，全组一年几十篇没问题，你争取有1/3到一半挂上名字，再有几篇第
一第二作者，就应该职称没问题了。
反正俺是很羡慕你们这样的。 |
