panel。这个帖子只是谈谈我一点想法，对proposal review 过程的
一些猜测。Federal grant里，我只对NIH还算有点心得。写过一次NSF
惨败，reviewer comments也让人不知所措，所以后来就没再写。我英
语其实很烂，因为自己词汇比较差而且马虎，用词经常张冠李戴，我的申
请也被批过写的烂。我还在很努力在提高自己的过程中。所以这个帖子只
是抛砖引玉而已。
这里我想谈的是我对proposal写法的一些基本层面上的心得，无关英语还
是中文。我觉得自己虽然英文很烂，但是语文不算差。我选择用中文讨论怎
么写英文proposal，也是因为这个。
我觉得要写好的proposal，最重要的是意识到reveiwer是被迫不得以来读
你的proposal，而且他手上同时还有好几份被分派下来的proposal，你的
proposal如果读起来太累太无聊太...，随时可能被扔进垃圾桶，然后被按
上几句不阴不阳的批评。最后辛辛苦苦写的proposal，不但没拿到钱，连拿

否已经实现温饱了。这才多少年？怎么可能这么快就玩什么所谓的innovation，而且，
什么所谓的innovation都是他们定义的。不符合他们喜欢的innovation都不是
innovation。
在现在这个时代，中国还不是世界的主角，游戏规则都是人家定的。所以，需要时间得
到世界的认可，需要时间成为主角，再带着大家玩儿，到那个时候，什么东西都是
innovation。
也许，我站在他的位置上面，我也会说他同样的话，毕竟长着一张白皮，怎么都得说些
