法得到保证。 但是作为一个新生事物，他的特点完全可以通过后续的改革克服。总量
固定可以改成按照固定的速率增加，贬值，可以很多国家组成一个国际组织，来规定每
年比特币的贬值速率，总比美联储一家说了算好。如果有国家联合背书，则合法性也可
以得到保障。 可以开设比特币银行，通过互联网权威认证比特币，并且跟个人信息联
合起来，并且受法律保护。
央行通告就是情况还没搞清楚就一棍子打死，但世界都在使用比特币而中国不用的时候

When you talk about intellectual property, the Chinese are doing what anyone
would do. The US back in the early 1800s got its start in manufacturing to
a great extent smuggling in and copying British manufacturing, particularly
