公司换到小公司，虽然title听上去提高了，收入也高了，但是做的内容不比原来却低了
很多，直接老板是个老女人，对我非常防备（我觉得她自己insecure)，不给我任何核
心工作，给我的都是边缘打杂的工作。我有时需要在家工作她挺高兴，感觉她希望我混

这个事情我觉得你要慎重处理。错误当然是在hr那里，但是也不要直接捅到高层去，hr
和公司的老板们都是一条战线的，我们这些人都是小虾米，除非这位hr的头和公司大老
板本身就有不合想拿你这个事情当导火索，不然最后麻烦的都是你。没有哪两个高层会
为了所谓“正义”和小虾米的一点点利益就大打出手的，大家凡事都是以和为贵，所以
，尽量还是不要撕破脸吧。
你想通过高层施压让hr尽快帮你办eb1b，如果hr已经把话说到这分上（给你办了你就会
走），那么我个人的感觉是，姑娘你还是尽快找下家吧。骑驴找马，这些人都不是善类
的。大老板在这件事情上也不太可能直接就站在你这边，因为这个给你办了你就会走的
借口的杀伤力是非常强的，基本这个理由出来之后，没有更好的理由大老板是不可能朝
向你的。
因为我们现在没有底气，所以只能忍气吞声按照他的要求来办，先h1b，然后想办法
eb1b。这里面当然你要去跟hr和老板谈，但是切记要心平气和，态度一定要好，位置一
定要放低。因为是你求他们。

好好学习，有点insecurity的感觉。而我坚持下来只是因为每次快要垮的时候
都幸运地找到了解决的办法。
之前想做PD，但是发现这么几个问题：
1、专业吻合的很困难，我想用的这个方法在以前发论文的时候，有reviewer/
referee回复批驳过，认为不现实，要找到robust点的方法没多少可能。但我
还是觉得有可能的，只是需要跳出CS的研究方法，从clinical的角度去做。
2、做博士后花的时间问题，我之前说过我觉得时间要至少花5年，你给人家写
research proposal的时候，如果这么写，没人愿意请你。你瞎编的话，招你
的人都是专家，谁看不出来？
3、家里的问题，我之前也说了我的年龄和稳定的工作的问题了。没成家可以到
处乱跑，成家了之后你要跑也可以，但是我经济基础也蹉跎下去了，怎么折腾啊？
不管怎么样，谢谢各位了。其实我今天想，我最大的问题是对学这个东西耗费的
精力和所得之间的心理不平衡的问题，那么多比我能力强，但比我过得更苦而所
得更少的人不都过得好好的吗？其实最重要的是如果我就拿博士文凭来自我 |

我也反对无底线“服从命令听老婆指挥”，虽然我也是某人的老婆。
我觉得在个人偏好／容忍度／口味方面２方应该互相迁就的；
在大事情上做决定，２方的知识面可以互补。
假如某个家庭全面由老婆一方面做控制，或者反过来由劳工控制，那老婆／老公的性格
心态就该算是有“control freak”问题了吧。
