want to help people, but have strong desire to criticize or bring down
people (students). Everyone thinks he/she is better, but not really. A lot

作为junior student，从他们帮我改文章中学到了很多很多。直到多年后的现在，我遇
到当年的合作者，还感谢他们当时的耐心。
后来，我也遇到过写作很差的合作者。有时候是容易恼火，但是大家的目的是最后把文
章发出去，恼火是没用的，尤其不能发泄在对方身上。自己私下抱怨抱怨就完了。需要
很平和的向自己的合作者提出意见，一般通情达理的人都会接受的。你的合作者不见得
意识不到自己写作差，很可能年轻人，容易insecure，get defensive。我后来的这些
合作者对我是非常感激的，也借此成为真正的朋友。

趣、没想好未来发展该怎么办？其实我想讲的是当我在你们这个年龄的时候，也就是二
十几年前，我也没有想好，也非常迷茫。这种迷茫一直到1995年，博士后完成之后才隐
约知道自己要做什么，才下定了决心。
当时的迷茫来自很多方面，其中就包括大学选择专业。我不像在座的一些人，大学
入学时就知道自己想学什么专业，想学经管、建筑、生命、化学、工程，等等。我当时
保送大学，报名的清华的第一专业可能大家想不到，是机械系（掌声）。
在报机械系之前还报名了北大的物理系。直到85年5月份清华老师来招生时对我说

Whether the wife stay at home or not, it is a mutual decision made between
a couple. I have a lot of friends (in china or USA) who made the decision
with their husbands to quit their good jobs and staying at home with their

关于月嫂, 我们老二用了一年左右的住家保姆 (带老二+做饭).
当时没觉得什么. 保姆走了后, 我们发现我们老二非常 insecure.
不知道保姆对他说了或做了什么. 他的心理问题到现在还没有完全好.
我们非常后悔. 第一年还是自己/家人带最好. |

老美找工作也非常挑剔的，也不是那么快的。我的一个朋友从top 20 school 毕业，CS
博士。参加了许多面试，刚刚拿到了亚马逊的工作。给了他17.5K。他还是拒绝了。他
说他On Site 的时候的经验不是太好。似乎那个将来要成为他的上司的人，给他的感觉
似乎比较insecure and tense. 他听从了他的感觉，把这个Offer给据了，尽管他还没
有其他的着落。
如果你让人家感到特别Desperate，反而会失去机会的。 |

我现在的工作需要维护一个网站。在执行perl的时候，为了安全的原因，用了 perl -T
(tainted)。然后接下来有一步需要用 param(“xxx”) 获得变量值。这个一般都没有
任何问题。
只有一个罕见的情况。当用户在表格里填入单独一个加号 “＋” 的时候，到param()
这步会出问题
Insecure dependency in require while running with -T switch at /global/xxx..
..xxxx/CGI.pm line 533.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted.
这个问题目前只发现在单独一个加号上。换作其他符号，或者正常的词，或者是加号前
面或后面有空白，都不会出问题。
