HDAC好像很多文章的结论 contradictive . 不知道该怎么follow 了，是不是这方面很

现在有些小分子药,比如telaprevir和boceprevir，都很有效，FDA应该会在近几年内通
过。小分子药单用抗药性是主要问题，可能需要和干扰素一起用。

那些个receptor，没有一个是真正HBV specific甚至hepatocyte specific的，所以我
猜测这些不会是很好的target。PreS1 derived peptide作为entry inhibitor目前据说
效果已经非常好了，另有其他一些entry inhibitory peptide/molecule在pre-
clinical阶段的效果也不错，所以我估计眼下针对“疑似”receptor的rational
design不会有太大的吸引力。
chronic HBV治疗，要说最终解决还是得靠免疫学的方法，传统的NRTI也好，entry
inhibitor也罢，治标不治本，解决不了问题。强效Interferon以及前几天热炒的
Adoptive T cell therapy，我觉得应该是目前看来最有前景的方向吧，这玩意在国内
时市场太大了。

nlrc5主要调控mhc的表达，但不影响type i interferon。其中，还包括一个上海生化

最近看到science上面有个innate immunity的牛人连灌两篇，心里很是xmjdh,于是决定
写点自己的浅见来表示对这个领域的大牛的仰慕之情。
就先从这两篇science说起吧。确实这是该领域的突破性进展，发S也是当之无愧。一篇
文章阐述了对于DNA virus 引起的antiviral interferin response的全新机理。以前
该领域一直致力寻找直接结合双链DNA的受体，也找到了好几个，但是在KO小鼠上面表
型并不十分明显。
而Dallas的james chen领导的小组发现DNA virus or ds DNA经常在细胞里诱导核苷酸
的转化，其产物cGAMP则能够直接激活下游的interferin responses. 所以这个cGAMP
就是在这个天然免疫反应里面一个secondary messager。当病毒或者细菌DNA进入细胞
被降解转换的时候，cGAMP 的产生能激活抗病毒免疫反应来诱导干扰素反应和阻止病毒
或者细菌的复制。

III, 把DNA 转录成RNA, 然后被细胞里的一个well characterized的RNA receptor (

理工的庆宏教授发表的LRRK2能够直接结合a-Synuclein并且磷酸化Serine-129位点。
但是后续大量的综述讨论的时候提到他这篇文章时说this is the only one paper
show LRRK2 can phosphorylate S129-synuclein。我看他发表的这篇BBRC已经被引用
快超100次了，如果文章的结论有问题，那岂不是严重阻碍了关于LRRK2-G2019S的研究

Quantiferon我们学校是用于证明你在过去的一年中没有active的感染过，好像目前CDC
不是很推荐，gamma-interferon还是不是很特异吧。。。因为我自己是PPD阳性的，X-
阴性，做observe之前必须要测个quantiferon。。。。 |
