A man walked away from a San Francisco crash early Wednesday after he lost
control of a Mercedes SUV and it plummeted 60 feet off an elevated section
of Interstate 280, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred around 12:30 a.m. near Cesar Chavez Street.
The driver, whose name was not released, told CHP officers he was driving 70

当地的中国人Agent，给了一个GFE：（10％ downpay，300K 贷款）
利率4.625%，800－1300开头的Agent付，就是0 closing了吧
Priciple & interst + mortage insurance 总共～ $1720 /month
今天在Zillow.com上送了一个Mortgage的Quote给网上的broker
下午就收到一个叫 Timothy Sutherland 的Suntrust的Broker给
的GFE，利率 4.125%, 800－1300开头要付$1800，这是Closing Fee吧。
Priciple & interst + mortage insurance 总共～ $1630 /month
两个Broker给的都不包括 prepaid/reserves.
请问，有人从Suntrust这个Broker贷款过么？这个Broker在Zillow
上有26个5星的评价，看起来不错。这种网上的贷款有什么风险吗？

我的理解是最后这个case是以civil ticket为结果，不会有criminal traffic ticket
记录。不太清楚具体这个arizona的code具体属于什么归类，但我查到的code注解如下：

当时是一个两条INTERSTATE切换的EXIT，下一个大坡，所以速度略快了一些。COP说北卡

至少前两个都是vanderbilt家族修建的
the breakers是大宅里面最恢弘奢华的
地面，墙壁，天花板都是大理石，玉石，丝绸，金，白金还有油画；随处都是艺术品
真的很震撼。
听着耳机里断断续续的讲解，让我更加对vanderbilt家族的兴衰感到好奇
这个家族必定鼎盛一时，所以才能够挥金如土，修建这么多summer "cottage"

第一种走法，就是跟着指示的detour走，耗时从30分钟至90分钟不等
1. Head north on I-5 N

2. Take exit 227 for WA-538 E/College Way

3. Turn right onto WA-538 E/E College Way
0.2 mi
4. Take the 2nd left onto Riverside Dr
0.6 mi
5. Continue onto S Burlington Blvd

should watch their speed over the next two days.
Virginia State Police will resume the agency's
Operation Air, Land and Speed on those interstates
