发帖数: 25423 | 10 再说一遍，highway就是公路的意思，没有任何高速的意思，这个词本来的来历
就是在马车时代用砂石垫高弄起来的路，所以叫high way，后来就用来指paved公路
了。高速公路在美国西部习惯用freeway这个词，在东部习惯用interstate
这个词，收费高速路在东部习惯用turnpike。但是在美国任何地方都没有用
highway来专门指高速公路的。美国个别highway是联邦出资的，比如US-开头
的那些路，绝大部分则是州县市政府出资修建的，叫highway的路通常不是
全封闭无红绿灯无信号无停止标志的高速公路，限速从30mph到60-70mph的
都有，
但是即使限速65mph的highway也不是高速公路，因为这些公路上会有平面交叉
和红绿灯等停止的交通信号。实际上城里的很多街道就叫highway。 |

像mass pike, NJ turnpike连maintenance的钱
都不能用fed的。
新修的路一般不用fed的钱，要收费就不能叫interstate，

most free interstate/highway,
almost free national parks,many free other parks,free public education
system, extensive library system, strong police force to safeguard your

安保利亚州立大学校长Michael Shonrock在悲剧发生后表示，对於杨明喧的死亡感到悲

。就那交通基础设施来说，高速公路学美国，连标识也是学interstate（可惜资金来源
没学好），民航是向整个西方看齐，地铁也如此，连公交车也学了起源于巴西的BRT，
铁路客运向欧洲日本看齐，铁路货运想着学美国，还有海运、桥隧建设、公共自行车等
等。发展初期，这类设施要不就是没有要不看着就落后，所以不管什么东西都想大发展
，世界上哪些国家最好就想学哪个，整个一个粗放型发展阶段。 |
