Solution:
Stress is often placed on Jesus' statement that he had glory with the Father

2005年12月26日节礼日，9年级学生克里巴正在多伦多市繁忙的杨格街（Yonge Street）购物，却遭中流弹陨命。其案审讯昨天（22日）终有结果，陪审团认定该案的第一名应讯嫌犯瓦雷提尼（Jeremiah Valentine）二级谋杀罪成立，以及6项严重袭击及5项涉及武器罪名中的2项成立，并被判处终身监禁，相当于“无期徒刑”，并且12年内不得假释。
被告律师萨皮亚诺（Edward Sapiano）当庭申诉说，当时27岁的瓦雷提尼在一家Foot Locker商店被几个男人围住，撩起夹克露出枪来，以此威胁他交出金项链。
本来瓦雷提尼跑掉，结果在外面又与那几个人遭遇，双方交火，而克里巴就成为牺牲品。在送往圣米切尔医院（St. Michael's Hospital）后不久，就死在那里。
今年早些时候，共有4人被起诉，其中还包括21岁的罗威（Jorrell Simpson-Rowe），也被判二级谋杀罪。 |

发帖数: 5892 | 20 4年前在节礼日多市女孩克蕾葩（Jane Creba）被枪杀案，昨天（12日）又有新的判决，嫌犯之一G.C.被判无罪。由于案发时G.C.年仅15岁，根据青少年犯罪条例（the Youth Criminal Justice Act）的相关规定，不能公开透露其身份，只能以G.C.来代替。
2005年12月26日，两拨帮派组织在多伦多最为繁忙的杨格大街（Yonge Street）发生枪战，当时9年级女学生克蕾葩不幸成为无辜的牺牲品，死于飞来的流弹。
G.C.本人当时虽然没有开枪，但他参与了那次帮派活动。
去年已有两名嫌犯因此案而被判刑，其中包括27岁的瓦雷特尼（Jeremiah Valentine）和21岁的洛维（Jorell Simpson-Rowe）。前者被判终身监禁，12年不得假释；后者案发时虽然只有17岁，但是仍然按成人犯罪判处，7年不得假释。

洛杉矶县县政委员会18日决定，同意赔偿给罗斯密华裔女精神病患者黄春霞（Jazmyne
Ha Eng）家属180万元。黄春霞2012年1月4日事发当时，因手持铁鎚遭洛县警员击毙，
开枪的警员被质疑执法过当。
黄春霞在大学毕业后诊断出患有精神分裂症，是「罗斯密亚太家庭中心」（Asian
Pacific Family Center）固定病人。2012年1月4日，该中心主任发现她独自坐在候诊
室，身高4呎11吋、体重100磅的她看起来不具威胁性，但由于大腿上面放了一把铁鎚，
对她问话也得不到反应，还是打911报警，但电话中有特别强调这是「低度威胁紧急情
况」，可能只是未按时服药所致。
前来支援的四名警员包括范斯（Brian Vance），还有艾斯奎达（Daniel Esqueda）、
曼兰德兹（Allison Melendez）和宋杰瑞（Jeremiah Song，译音）。黄春霞看到警员
时手持铁鎚大吼大叫，艾斯奎达于是向她射出电击枪，她中了电击枪后仍继续前进，范

一案星期三有了最新进展，飞车党中最先放慢车速与华裔车主艾利先‧连 (
Alexian Lien，音译）产生冲突的飞车党成员克鲁兹（Christopher Cruz）向法庭认罪
，他将被判4个月监禁。
29岁的克鲁兹来自新泽西州帕赛克（Passaic）,他星期三在位于曼哈顿的州最高法院承
认二级袭击以及引发冲突两项罪名。他将会判4个月监禁以及5年的缓刑，这比此前他可
能获判的2年到7月的刑期短了许多。
指控克鲁兹的检察官说：2013年9月29号，克鲁兹在华裔车主驾驶的SUV前停下，强迫车
