觎中国大陆广大的高铁市场，与中国公司达成技术转移的交易，现在他们已自食恶果。

公司不但将技术占为已有，并且还成了他们在海外的低成本竞争对手。
中国高铁的致命吸引力
报导说，中国拥有广大的铁路网，为了发展经济，汰换老旧的铁路系统是刻不容缓的事
，并将之列
为中国2008年经济刺激方案的重要工作，投入四兆人民币。中国计划在2020年建造长达
一万六千
公里的高铁网络，计画数年内每年投入一千亿美元的预算，据世界银行的估算，这相当

recommendation letter from Dean to show they can accept you after finishing
your program. The letter need English official-head title paper, and
signature.
It is better to get recommendation letter from your current boss.
You need a statement showing why you want to come to US, and your future
career plan. |

If could not get that, then will be let go after five yrs.
Frankly speaking, your situation, you and your wife make good money
in USA, why go back to work in shanghai for only RMB200K. That is barely
pays your rent in SH region. Not worth it. No need to think about.
Or you can get your parents to live in your home in USA. They will not feel

but this year, far away from the first class universities,
even low in second class universities,
not in one or two provinces, almost all provinces.
for example, in ZHejiang:
Tongji is only 515, so low!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
same as Lingbo UNiversity(516),
Fudan is 623, jiaoda 600,
