实在看不出有什么偏袒和误导的地方。
2. 从单独个案的角度，一个案件的认定包括事实的认定和法律的适用两部分。在
common legal system 事实的认定交给陪审团，法律的适用交给法官（通常情况下）。
陪审团合议的时候一定要杜绝受外界（新闻舆论）的干扰。
3. 从药案的特例看，药会死。从法律上他是不是应该判死罪已经不重要了，重要的是
主导舆论。最高院在复核的时候必然经不起这样的舆论（当然也没有必要冒天下之大不
韪）

当年卡扎菲政变后其下属(少校)出面代表利比亚，
而伊朗的庞大律师团则代表伊朗，和米欧石油巨头谈判。
猜猜最后结果如何？
1。伊朗律师团先达成协议，取得大幅度的原油涨价。
伊朗国王巴勒维得到消息后相当高兴和满意。
2。不过几天，利比亚的军人谈判团也和米欧达成协议。
但米欧的石油巨头给利比亚的原油价大大高过给伊朗的。
3。消息传到伊朗国王巴勒维的耳朵，国王转喜为怒，
