既然有枪有人，为什么不把事情做的更加出色一些呢？难道这十几比一的伤亡率还不够
唤醒斗争策略？当务之急，是先抓住人心走群众路线。
可以搞几个突袭绑架一批新疆某县级，或者市级官员或公务员的家属。
只要成功一次就可能占有先手，至少有谈判的空间，抓老百姓怎么行呢。
然后打出口号：“只杀贪官，不扰百姓”，走一下群众路线，徐图精进。
也就是说先把大盘稳住了，这样很低劣的骚扰性袭击结果元气大伤而且隔靴搔痒。 |
