fobes世界500强里，跟美日中法德比，太欺负它了，跟下边这几个国家比把。
瑞士15，
韩国14
荷兰12
加拿大11
澳大利亚才8个。一大半还都是挖矿的。
荷兰才1600万人口,瑞士人口800万，面积就不说了，摆澳大利亚旁边都看不见。
说教育，
澳大利亚的nobel laureates,才尼玛11个，尼玛还吹牛逼说那么点个国家有很多nobel
，跟匈牙利打成平手，是加拿大的一半。
btw, 11个nobel laureates算成一个学校，放美国连20都进不去。给你个直观的概念，
哥大有97个，芝大86个，全澳大利亚的nobel还顶不上一个芝大商学院。
说收入，
澳大利亚的收入看着高，是因为汇率，但是就跟人民币一样，汇率的狂涨并没有反映在
purchasing power上，美金的实际购买力要远远高于澳元。如果按照purchasing power
parity,澳大利亚的ppp要远低于美国。 |

刚来时候还很不情愿，觉得都是去不了美国的才会去澳洲，到了才发现不是这么回事。

，水平良莠不齐，澳洲政府对于大学的要求严格多了，所以澳洲大学质量都比较平均，
不存在美国那种金字塔似的大学分级。澳洲这里很少给外国人奖学金，留学生基本都是
自费，华人学本科的最多，研究生以上的就很少了。澳洲华人留学生家境普遍比北美强
不少，因为美国基本都是家里没钱没势的，只能靠奖学金留学读硕博。
澳洲华人的整体素质感觉高出美国一大截。据说1980年之前澳大利亚是不开放亚洲人移

做生物的变态太多了，与其说那些恶心的，还不如多说说那些nice学术又做的好的,对
手底下的人很support的。正如这个List的那些Nobel Laureate证明的，聪明的人做科
研，是不需要对手底下的人那么残酷剥削的 （not true for all )。正因为这些人的
存在，让我们这些投身科学的人相信，有一些聪明善良的人在用自己的头脑挑战人类智
慧的极限。 也希望那些有志于科研的同学，像这些前辈们学习，在自己成为PI以后，
对人宽容大度一些。

医学专科学校，不说以前的Nobel laureates和对人类医学的贡献（后者有众多医学
nobel laureates和发明了临床B超，心脏起搏器，血透仪，Gamma刀，发现NK cells,
prostaglandins等等）。就拿你说的科研经费来说，你说Baylor 2.5亿，你看看
Karolinska去年有多少"SEK 4,880 million"= 近7亿美元
（http://ki.se/ki/jsp/polopoly.jsp?d=138&l=en)。欧洲顶尖的学校包括oxford, Cambridge基本都是这个水平，你的这种数据和结论不知从何而来。
所以不要故意来抬高美国，贬低欧洲. |

over Japan's economy for hte past two decades. God is not supposed to be
